    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive an indication of an association between one or more downlink reference signals and a corresponding physical cell identifier (PCI) of multiple PCIs associated with a serving cell, wherein the one or more downlink reference signals are used to identify one or more beams associated with one or more random access channel (RACH) occasions for a RACH procedure; transmit one or more first random access messages in one or more corresponding RACH occasions associated with one or more PCIs of the multiple PCIs; and receive one or more second random access messages, that include a physical download control channel portion and a physical download shared channel portion, associated with the one or more PCIs based at least in part on transmitting the one or more first random access messages.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing transmit power control. In one aspect, a wireless device may receive a message including a path loss value and may transmit a signal to a UL Rx point using an uplink transmit power associated with the received path loss value. In another aspect, a wireless device may receive a reference signal, and a message including an offset value, and may transmit a signal to a UL Rx point using an uplink transmit power including a downlink path loss value associated with the reference signal minus the offset value.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for wireless communication. In one aspect, a multi-transmit-receive point (TRP) approach for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment (ACK) feedback using counter downlink assignment indicators (DAIs) (cDAIs) and total DAIs (tDAIs) is provided. For example, some techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide a joint counting method in which cDAIs and tDAIs are implemented and tracked jointly between the TRPs of a multi-TRP group. This may be useful in the ideal backhaul scenario when the multi-TRP group is jointly scheduled, and may be more robust against errors than a separate counting method. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide a separate counting method, in which cDAIs and tDAIs are implemented and tracked separately by the respective TRPs of a multi-TRP group.
