Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support various configurations that enable repetitions of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission according to a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration. A user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) associated with a PDSCH configuration and an SPS configuration. The UE may determine a number of PDSCH repetitions for a PDSCH transmission (e.g., an SPS PDSCH transmission) based on a rule associated with a priority between time domain resource allocation (TDRA) entries and configured repetition factors in an SPS configuration or a PDSCH configuration. The repetition number may be included in the TDRA entry, and the UE may receive a number of PDSCH repetitions based on a value of the PDSCH repetition number, or one instance of PDSCH may be received in each SPS period.

Abstract: Aspects are provided allowing for selective monitoring of uplink cancellation indication (ULCI) occasions by UEs and allowing UEs to determine from ULCI whether canceled uplink transmission are carried on non-supplementary uplink (NUL) carriers or supplementary uplink (SUL) carriers. A UE may determine not to monitor a ULCI occasion if it does not have an uplink transmission which can be punctured by higher priority data. When the uplink transmission is dynamically scheduled, the UE may determine to monitor a ULCI occasion if the UE receives the uplink grant a certain number of symbols earlier than the ULCI occasion. The base station may configure blocks in downlink control information to indicate the UE should apply ULCI to SUL and/or NUL. The base station may configure the UE to perform different behaviors after receiving a ULCI depending on whether the portion of the uplink transmission to be canceled is on SUL or NUL.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to beam sweep based semi-persistent signaling (SPS) or configured grant (CG) activation. In one aspect, a network entity may determine a beam sweep pattern for at least one of a SPS based downlink periodic transmission, an uplink control transmission for the SPS based downlink periodic transmission, or a CG based uplink periodic transmission. The network entity may further transmit an indication including the beam sweep pattern to a user equipment (UE). In another aspect, a UE may receive a beam sweep pattern for at least one of a SPS based downlink periodic transmission, an uplink control transmission for the SPS based downlink periodic transmission, or a CG based uplink periodic transmission from a network entity.

Abstract: Systems and methods for scheduling uplink transmissions are disclosed. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives a downlink control information signal, wherein the downlink control information indicates an uplink grant for multiple contiguous nominal uplink repetitions, identifies resources allocated for the multiple contiguous nominal uplink repetitions based on the uplink grant, wherein the identified resources include first resources for a first actual repetition of uplink data and second resources for a second actual repetition of uplink data, transmits the first actual repetition of uplink data using the first resources, and transmits the second actual repetition of the uplink data using the second resources.

Further, the example method includes transmitting or receiving sidelink communication in the period based on a modified periodic resource.

Abstract: A UE may identify slots to transmit and/or receive information related to one or more HARQ processes in frame structure that includes both sub-band full duplex slot types and time division duplex slot types. Based on a first slot used for control information, a UE can identify a second slot for PUSCH or PDSCH communication based on an offset between the first slot and the second determined by calculating slot offsets (e.g., based on parameters received from a base station). In some aspects, a UE may exclude certain slot duplex types (e.g., SBFD or TDD) when calculating slot offsets. In some aspects, a UE may calculate slot offsets differently for different HARQ processes corresponding to one frame. In some aspects, slot offset behaviors may be based on priority of information associated with a HARQ process.
