    Abstract: The reference voltage generator includes an output terminal, first to fourth resistors, first to fourth transistors, and a diode unit. The first transistor is coupled to the second transistor. The first resistor is coupled between the second transistor and a second reference voltage terminal. The first resistor is also coupled to the first transistor. One terminal of the diode unit is coupled to the output terminal, and the other terminal of the diode unit is coupled to the second and third resistors. The second and third resistors are also coupled to the first and second transistors, respectively. The third transistor is coupled between the fourth resistor and the second reference voltage terminal, and includes a control terminal coupled to the second transistor. The fourth transistor is coupled between a first reference voltage terminal and the diode unit. The fourth transistor is also coupled to the fourth resistor.

    Abstract: A capacitor circuit includes a first terminal, a first to a third transistor and a first capacitor. The first transistor includes a first terminal configured to be coupled to a first current source and the first terminal of the capacitor circuit, and a second terminal coupled to a reference voltage terminal.     Abstract: A mixer module includes a mixer, at least one DC offset circuit, a filter and a controller. The mixer mixes an input signal to generate a first signal. The at least one DC offset circuit generates a second signal based on the first signal. The filter filters out an AC portion of the second signal and generates a third signal according to a DC portion of the second signal. The controller controls the at least one DC offset circuit based on the third signal to reduce a DC portion of the first signal.

    Abstract: An ultra-wideband radar transceiver and an operating method thereof are provided. The ultra-wideband radar transceiver includes a receiving module. The receiving module includes an I/Q signal generator, a first sensing circuit and a second sensing circuit. The I/Q signal generator receives M consecutive echo signals and generates M consecutive in-phase signals and M consecutive quadrature-phase signals accordingly, wherein M is an integer greater than 1. The first sensing circuit is coupled to the I/Q signal generator to receive the M consecutive in-phase signals and is configured to perform integration and analog-to-digital conversion on the M consecutive in-phase signals to generate a first digital data. The second sensing circuit is coupled to the I/Q signal generator to receive the M consecutive quadrature-phase signals and is configured to perform integration and analog-to-digital conversion on the M consecutive quadrature-phase signals to generate a second digital data.

    Abstract: A power amplifier device includes a first amplifier, a second amplifier, a capacitor, a node, and an impedance matching circuit. The second amplifier amplifies a radio frequency signal transmitted from the first amplifier. The capacitor is coupled between an output terminal of the first amplifier and an input terminal of the second amplifier. The node is disposed between the input terminal of the second amplifier and the capacitor. The impedance matching circuit is coupled to the node and a common voltage terminal. The impedance matching circuit is substantially an open circuit at a center frequency of the radio frequency signal. The impedance matching circuit provides substantially a short-circuited path from the node to the common voltage terminal at a frequency twice the center frequency.

    Abstract: A current compensation circuit for providing a current to an amplifier circuit includes a first amplifier, a first transistor and a first bias circuit. The first bias circuit provides a first bias current to the first amplifier. The current compensation circuit includes a power detection circuit, an operational amplifier circuit and a current-to-voltage converter. The power detection circuit detects and converts an input power or an output power of the first amplifier to a first detection voltage. The operational amplifier circuit generates a second detection voltage according to the first detection voltage and a calibration voltage. The current-to-voltage converter converts the second detection voltage to a compensation current. A first compensation current flows to the first amplifier through the first transistor according to the compensation current, such that the first amplifier is driven by the first bias current plus the first compensation current.

    Abstract: A protection circuit for use in an RF active circuit includes a signal strength detecting circuit, a current detecting circuit, a logic circuit, and a switching unit. The signal strength detecting circuit is coupled to the signal input end or the signal output end of the RF active circuit and configured to generate a first detecting signal according to the signal strength of the RF signal. The current detecting circuit is configured to detect the VSWR of the RF signal based on the driving current of the RF active circuit, thereby generating a corresponding second detecting signal. The logic circuit is configured to generate a switch control signal according to the first detecting signal and the second detecting signal. The switching unit is configured to lower the driving current of the RF active circuit according to the switch control signal.
