    Abstract: The present specification provides a method for transmitting/receiving a signal and a channel in a narrowband wireless communication system, and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, a method for transmitting/receiving a signal and a channel by a terminal in a narrowband wireless communication system that coexists with other wireless communication systems comprises the steps of: receiving a synchronization signal from a base station on the basis of a predetermined channel raster; receiving, from the base station, information on a channel raster offset through a physical broadcast channel (PBCH); and performing transmission and reception of the signal and the channel with the base station in a narrowband in which a center frequency is adjusted by applying the channel raster offset, wherein a specific subcarrier of a plurality of subcarriers included in the narrowband may be punctured or rate-matched.
