    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may receive information indicating a reservation or allocation of a resource for transmission of a first signal by another network node, wherein the information identifies whether the network node is to use the resource for transmission of a second signal concurrently with the first signal. The network node may transmit the second signal in the resource based at least in part on the information identifying whether the network node is to use the resource for transmission of the second signal.     Abstract: A UE may multiplex first UCI of a first priority with second UCI of a second priority. The first UCI may include at least one of a first modulation order or a first number of MIMO layers, and the second UCI may include at least one of a second modulation order or a second number of MIMO layers. The first modulation order of the first UCI may be greater than or equal to the second modulation order of the second UCI, and the first number of MIMO layers of the first UCI may be greater than or equal to the second number of MIMO layers of the second UCI. The UE may transmit, to a base station, an UL transmission including the first UCI of the first priority multiplexed with the second UCI of the second priority, where the second priority corresponds to a higher priority than the first priority.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE). The UE encodes a first uplink control information (UCI) payload of a first priority level to generate a first codeword. The UE modifies the first codeword based on a second UCI payload, wherein information about the second UCI payload is conveyed via a modification of the first codeword. The UE transmits an uplink channel comprising the first codeword and carrying information for the second UCI payload. A base station receives an uplink channel from the UE, comprising a first codeword for a first UCI payload having a first priority level and having a modification that conveys information for a second UCI payload having a second priority level. The base station decodes the second UCI payload based at least in part on the information conveyed based on the modification.

    Abstract: The aspects described herein may enable an apparatus to jointly encode two or more payloads using a single polar encoder device, while providing unequal error protection for the payloads. The apparatus causes a polar encoder to polar encode a first payload and a second payload to generate a polar encoded codeword. The polar encoder is configured to encode one or more bits of the first payload at a first reliability level and encode one or more bits of the second payload at a second reliability level, where the one or more bits of the first payload are associated with a first priority level and the one or more bits of the second payload are associated with a second priority level. The apparatus transmits the polar encoded codeword.
