    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may configure a first set of resources for a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) transmission. The UE may configure a second set of resources for a sidelink channel state information (CSI) reference signal (CSI-RS) transmission, the sidelink CSI-RS transmission is associated with the PSSCH transmission, and the sidelink CSI-RS transmission occurs prior to the PSSCH transmission. The UE may transmit a first sidelink control information (SCI) in a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) transmission, the first SCI including an indication of the first set of resources and the second set of resources. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network node, a periodic or semi-persistent (P/SP) channel state information (CSI) report that indicates a layer 1 (L1) reference signal received power (RSRP) or signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) (L1-RSRP/SINR) measurement for each of a set of channel measurement resources (CMRs). The UE may receive, from the network node, a request for an aperiodic (AP) CSI report. The UE may transmit, to the network node, the AP CSI report based at least in part on the request, wherein the AP CSI report indicates L1-RSRP/SINR measurements of K CMRs.     Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and a network entity may communicate to identify characteristics of a network and/or link that the UE and the network entity can use for communication. However, the UE may lack information indicating which reference signals the UE is to measure and which reference signals the UE can forgo measuring to reduce power consumption, network traffic, or message overhead, among other examples. Some aspects described herein enable a network entity to provide a UE with configuration information to enable the UE to perform event-driven reporting. For example, a network entity may provide a UE with codebook information or location information with which the UE can identify which non-serving cells, of a plurality of available non-serving cells, the UE is to measure and report on. In this way, the network entity and the UE enable reduced power consumption, network traffic, or message overhead.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a channel state information (CSI) report setting that includes first and second CSI resource settings. In some examples, the first CSI resource setting and the second CSI resource setting may be associated with a set of channel measurement resources of a first serving cell and a set of beam prediction resources of a second serving cell, respectively. The UE may measure channel characteristics of the first serving cell based on a channel measurement resource of the set associated with the first CSI resource setting. Based on the measured first channel characteristics, the UE may predict channel characteristics of the second serving cell for one or more beam prediction resources of the set. As such, the UE may transmit a CSI report including an indication of the predicted channel characteristics according to the CSI report setting.

For example, the communication device may receive first control signaling indicating a reporting configuration for a set of PMI parameters. The communication device may transmit second control signaling indicating a set of PMI parameters according to a first periodicity and based on the reporting configuration. The communication device may transmit third control signaling indicating a subset of PMI parameters of the set of PMI parameters according to a second periodicity and based on the reporting configuration.
