Abstract:
A locking device configured to lock an opening and closing member with respect to an engagement-receiving member, wherein: an actuating member actuates in accordance with the manipulation of an operating member; a first locking member has a lock linking unit that connects to the actuating member, a first extending portion that extends from the lock linking unit and advances into and retreats from an engaging hole portion formed on the engagement-receiving member in accordance with the actuation of the actuating member, and a second extending portion that extends from the lock linking unit or the first extending portion; and a regulating unit regulates the movement of the second extending portion in the direction that removes the linking of the actuating member and the lock linking unit.
Abstract:
A rotor member in a locking device is rotatably supported in a base member, is connected to a locking member by projecting to the back side from an opening portion formed in a mounting seat face, and drives the locking member in accordance with the operation of an operating member. A first locating portion of the base member abuts or is near an edge portion of the opening. A second locating portion is inserted into a locating hole formed in an opening and closing member. The first locating portion projects further toward the back side than the second locating member.
Abstract:
A spring for sun visors includes a torque application section that extends from a holding section and applies torque when a main section is rotating. The holding section has a flat section that receives torque from a shaft. The torque application section has a first spring piece extending from one end of the holding section and a second spring piece extending from the other end of the holding section and being bent so as to fold back. The first spring piece has a first tip section that includes overhanging sections that are narrower than the width of the holding section. The second spring piece has a second tip section that is arranged so as to overlap on the outside of the overhanging sections. The overhanging sections are provided in an area extending from the torque receiving section to the first tip section.
Abstract:
A sun visor holder includes a main body section to receive the shaft and a leg section to engage with the inner wall of the vehicle. A first engaging piece is formed with the tip side of the leg section as a fulcrum so as to be bendable inward, includes a release section that extends outward along the mounting surface of an inner wall from the free-end side of said first engaging piece, and is configured so that pressing the release section from the surface side of the inner wall causes the first engaging piece to bend inward and engagement with a mounting hole is released.
Abstract:
An embodiment provides a damper a damper including: a housing; a rotor; and a sealing member. The housing includes outer and inner cylinder portions to define a filling space portion therebetween for filling with a viscose fluid. The rotor includes a head portion and a cylinder portion extended downwardly therefrom so as to be inserted into the filling space portion. The sealing member seals the filling space portion. The rotor further includes axially-extending first and second groove portions provided on outer and inner peripheral surfaces of the cylinder portion near the bottom portion thereof. At least one of the first groove portions includes a communicating portion which communicates the inside and the outside of the rotor, and the second groove portion is apart from the communicating portion in a circumferential direction.
Abstract:
An allowable angle of a float valve member with respect to a valve case is so set that a deformed direction, as caused by a gate position at a injection molding time, of a inner circumference of a communication hole of the valve case with respect to a roundness and a deformed direction, as caused by a gate position at a injection molding time, of an outer circumference of a crest portion of the float valve member with respect to the roundness may be substantially aligned. Between the valve case and the float valve member, there is an interposed angle regulating unit for preventing the angle of the float valve member with respect to the valve case from varying over the allowable angle.
Abstract:
The first seal seat is disposed in a first passage of a case. The first float valve body is disposed in the case and closes the first seal seat in response to the liquid level of the fuel. The second seal seat is disposed vertically above the first seal seat, in a second passage of the case. The second valve body is disposed on one side of the second seal seat communicating to the outside of the second passage, with being resiliently urged upwards from below. The second float is disposed in the case and regulates an upper end position of the second valve body to open the second valve seat in response to movement of the liquid level of fuel at least until the liquid level is higher than the liquid level at which the first float valve body closes the first seal seat.
Abstract:
Nylon 6 having viscosity number within a range of 170-340 in a measurement of a 98% concentrated sulfuric acid solution at 25null C. and a plasticizer are mixed in advance, and then the mixture is mixed with Nylon 66 having viscosity number within a range of 240-370 in the measurement, thus a resin composite is prepared. Then, the resin composite is formed into a tube by extrusion molding. The resin tube thus obtained is used as a resin tube for automotive piping, such as vapor fuel piping to be incorporated into a fuel tank or as oil piping to be incorporated into an engine room.
Abstract:
A fastener has a head for retaining a vehicle component and a leg to be fitted into a mounting hole of a panel. The leg has a plurality of resilient engaging walls extending in the axis directLon with a plurality of vertical slits interposed therebetween. Upper ends of the walls are connected to the head and lower ends of the walls are connected to one another. Each upper end connected to the head is provided with a lateral cut. The presence of the cut makes the wall to easily flex inwardly when the leg is inserted into the mounting hole of the panel, enabling the insertion of the leg with smaller force, resulting in significant improvement in workability.
