    Abstract: The present application provides a display panel and a display device. In the display panel, a first channel is divided into the first sub-channel and the second sub-channel, so that a variation in a width of a channel of a first thin film transistor is greater than a variation in a width of a channel of a second thin film transistor, thereby reducing a variation in the impedance ratio between the second thin film transistor to the first thin film transistor, such that a difference in brightness between a secondary pixel in the sub-pixel unit corresponding to the splicing area and a secondary pixel in the sub-pixel unit corresponding to the non-splicing area reduced, thus improving the problem of the uneven brightness of the display panel.

    Abstract: A white balance adjusting system for a display device includes a control member including a register storing white balance control commands and a preset white balance lookup table. A built-in self-test module is coupled to the control member and configured to store a test pattern. A first storage element is disposed in the display device. An optical sensor is configured to measure brightness and chroma data of the screen according to the test pattern. An external control device is operated by the control member to execute the white balance control commands so that white balance adjustment is implemented according to the preset white balance lookup table and the brightness and the chroma data of the screen, and a corrected white balance lookup table is produced. The corrected white balance lookup table is stored in the first storage element and provided to update the preset white balance lookup table.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a thin-film transistor (TFT) array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method uses a four-mask process that uses an etch-stop layer on a semiconductor layer as a mask to perform alignment and etching to form a pattern of an amorphous silicon island. Tail fibers exposed outside of a source and a drain are removed, photoelectric sensitivity of a TFT device can be effectively reduced, and size of the TFT device is reduced, which can simplify processes, save layout space, and effectively increase display quality of large-size and high-resolution liquid crystal panels under high backlight intensity.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a panel display optimization method, a display panel, and a storage medium. The panel display optimization method includes a region acquisition step, an adjustment step, and a high-low gray level step. The present disclosure is used to make processing coefficients of high-low gray levels of pixels to be processed having farther boundaries be greater according to distances from the pixels to be processed to the boundaries of a first pixel region, a second pixel region, and a third pixel region, that is, according to forward transitional spaces and backward transitional spaces to adjust the processing coefficients of the high-low gray levels. This further reduces graininess of the panel and improves visual quality of the panel after performing high-low gray level processing on adjusted pixels.
