Abstract: A timing controller is provided. A data enable signal in a timing control module is regenerated by a signal regenerating module. A number of vertical valid display rows is regenerated as a vertical valid display period. A total charge time of all rows of pixels in each frame can be increased effectively. A horizontal blanking period is changed sequentially in a row-by-row manner, thereby compensating charge effects of rows of pixels accurately.

Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight unit and a control method thereof, and a liquid crystal display device. The control method includes steps as follows: obtaining backlight data corresponding to each partition, wherein the backlight data comprises a plurality of bits of data; dividing the light-emitting unit of each partition into a plurality of subfields with different durations in a light-emitting process during a frame, wherein each subfield corresponds to one bit of data, and any two subfields comprise different numbers of secondary subfields; and outputting the plurality of subfields in a preset order.

Abstract: A signal processing method of a display panel and a device using same are provided. The method includes obtaining a bit error rate of each adjusted data to obtain multiple initial bit error rates; and selecting one of the initial bit error rates from the multiple initial bit error rates. The bit error rate is used as a feedback bit error rate; when the feedback bit error rate falls within a preset range, a current pre-emphasis coefficient is used as a target pre-emphasis coefficient, and a video signal is compensated according to the target pre-emphasis coefficient.
