    Abstract: Example communication methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes performing first listen before talk (LBT) and sending a first data packet on a first uplink burst after the first LBT succeeds. A second contention window size is determined based on the first contention window size and a first reference time unit. Second LBT is performed based on the second contention window size. The first contention window size is used for a LBT previous to the second LBT, the first reference time unit is later than the second reference time unit corresponding to the first uplink burst. The first reference time unit is a time unit for determining the second contention window size, or a starting time unit of a second uplink burst corresponding to the second LBT. The second reference time unit corresponding to the first uplink burst is a time unit in the first uplink burst.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method for acquiring information of access resources, a terminal device, and a base station. A terminal device detects a synchronization signal of a cell to be accessed by the terminal device. The terminal device further receives a broadcast channel of the cell on a broadcast channel resource. The terminal device then determines a resource on which the cell is located according to resource indication information carried in the broadcast channel. The broadcast channel resource corresponds to an actual access resource, and the synchronization signal is detected on the actual access resource. The actual access resource is one of a plurality of candidate access resources of the cell. The resource indication information indicates a location relationship between the actual access resource and the resource on which the cell is located.

    Abstract: This application provides a link failure detection method. A terminal device measures quality of radio links corresponding to reference signals in a set. When any one of the radio links is of poor quality, and not all of the radio links are of poor quality, the terminal device notifies a network device of the radio link of poor quality. After determining the radio link of poor quality, the network device does not send and/or receive communication data between the network device and the terminal device on the radio link of poor quality, or does not send and/or receive, on the radio link of poor quality, communication data that does not satisfy a service requirement.

The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, a target time domain interval, where a time domain resource in the target time domain interval includes at least one candidate time domain resource used to carry first resource indication information, the first resource indication information is used to indicate a first time domain resource, the first time domain resource at least partially overlaps a second time domain resource, and the second time domain resource is used to carry a first uplink signal; receiving, by the terminal device, the first resource indication information on a first candidate time domain resource in the target time domain interval; and prohibiting, by the terminal device based on the first resource indication information, sending of at least a part of the first uplink signal.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus for codebook transmission are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving at least one downlink transmission and indication information corresponding to the at least one downlink transmission and generating a codebook including at least one piece of feedback information corresponding to the at least one downlink transmission. The at least one downlink transmission includes a target downlink transmission corresponding to an actual occasion and a pair of a target frequency domain resource and a reference occasion. A location of feedback information corresponding to the target downlink transmission in the codebook corresponds to indication information corresponding to the target downlink transmission. The actual occasion includes a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasion at which downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling or carrying the target downlink transmission is located or a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception occasion at which the target downlink transmission is located.

    Abstract: A feedback information sending method and device are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method includes: receiving, by a terminal device during a first time period, a transport block (TB) from a network device, wherein the TB comprises a plurality of code block groups (CBGs); determining, by the terminal device, that the plurality of CBGs include one or more CBGs that are correctly decoded and one or more CBGs that are incorrectly decoded; receiving, by the terminal device during a second time period after the first time period, one or more retransmissions comprising the one or more CBGs that are incorrectly decoded and absent the one or more CBGs that are correctly decoded; and sending, by the terminal device during a third time period after the second time period, first one or more decoding statuses corresponding to one or more CBGs that are correctly decoded and second one or more decoding statuses corresponding to one or more retransmissions.
