Abstract: An embodiment relates to a method for transmitting and receiving a sidelink signal for a first terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving, from a base station, a signal for allocating one or more first resources; transmitting the sidelink signal to a second terminal by using the one or more first resources; receiving, from the second terminal, a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) non-acknowledgement (NACK) signal, in response to the sidelink signal; and retransmitting the sidelink signal to the second terminal by using a second resource, wherein the second resource is selected from a preset source pool on the basis of the absence of a resource for the retransmission of the sidelink signal.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for indicating sidelink (SL) radio link failure (RLF) in a wireless communication system is provided. A first wireless device may initialize the counter to zero upon 1) establishing the PC5-RRC connection with the second wireless device, or 2) configuring or reconfiguring the maximum number of the counter. A first wireless device may increase the counter based on no reception of any acknowledgement to the transmission of the MAC PDU. A first wireless device may indicate Sidelink (SL) Radio Link Failure (RLF) for the PC5-RRC connection based on that the counter reaches the maximum number of the counter.

Abstract: A method for performing wireless communication by a first device and an apparatus for supporting same are provided. The method may comprise: receiving, from a base station, information related to a first sidelink (SL) resource and information related to a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource; transmitting, to a second device, a medium access control (MAC) packet data unit (PDU) by using the first SL resource, wherein the MAC PDU includes a packet related to a logical channel for which hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback is disabled, and wherein the MAC PDU includes no packet related to a logical channel for which HARQ feedback is enabled; determining that retransmission of the MAC PDU is required; and transmitting, to the base station, NACK information by using the first PUCCH resource based on no SL grant available for retransmission of the MAC PDU.

Abstract: A method by which a first device performs wireless communication, and a device for supporting same are provided. Abstract: According to an embodiment, a method performed by a first wireless device in a wireless communication system includes: reserving a set of resources comprising at least a first resource for an initial transmission and a second resource for a retransmission; creating a data unit based on the first resource and the second resource; performing the initial transmission of the data unit to a second wireless device by using the first resource; determining whether to reserve a resource for the retransmission of the data unit based on at least one of a congestion level and/or a priority of the data unit; removing the second resource and reserving a third resource as the resource for the retransmission of the data unit; and performing the retransmission of the data unit by using the third resource to the second wireless device.
