    摘要: A system allows an end-user to locate and gain access to an access-controlled facility or resource, such as a restroom, phone charging station, or Wi-Fi hot spot. Some implementations of the system monitor the formation and concentration of individuals into crowds that may place a higher demand on facilities and resources located near the crowd. The system may distribute mobile facilities to areas that offer convenient access to potential developing crowds, and when the system determines that there is a disparity between available resources and crowd demand reaches a certain level it may deploy one or more mobile facilities to positions proximate to that crowd. A mobile facility may also be requested on demand by a user or organizer, and some implementations provide cost sharing mechanisms and other user benefits related to requesting and accessing the facility.

    摘要: The disclosure concerns a communication system where adaptive antenna systems with algorithm are used to provide improved channel selection management in Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and other multi-node communication systems. The adaptive antenna systems can be integrated into multiple nodes of a communication network, such as access points used in WLAN, and multiple radiation modes generated and tracked to determine optimal mode for access point to client communication links to assist in channel selection across the nodes in the network. Adaptive antenna system modes are selected and Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) is measured across available frequency channels to determine channels to assign per access point along with radiation modes to be implemented that results in improved SNR for the communication links established in the network.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a dynamic transmission bandwidth allocation method having dynamic transmission bandwidth allocation mechanism used in a wireless communication apparatus is provided that includes the steps outlined below. Interference information and transmission ability information of remote wireless communication apparatuses is retrieved. A predetermined transmission bandwidth range that includes resource units is set. The remote wireless communication apparatuses are allocated in the predetermined transmission bandwidth range to generate an allocation result. Whether the allocation result satisfies resource unit allocation criteria is determined. When the allocation result does not satisfy the resource unit allocation criteria, the predetermined transmission bandwidth range is shrunk to another allocatable transmission bandwidth range to determine whether the allocation result satisfies the resource unit allocation criteria. When the allocation result satisfies the resource unit allocation criteria, the remote wireless communication apparatuses are allocated according to the allocation result to perform communication thereto through a communication circuit.

    摘要: Adaptive pairing of an access point (AP) slice with other computing resource slices is disclosed. Pairing of an AP slice can comprise pairing to a radio access network (RAN) slice and/or to a network core component (core) slice. The pairing can be based on end point device information, AP environment information, user preference information, and state information for a RAN and/or CN slice. Coordinating or synchronization of AP, RAN, and/or core slices can enable streamlining of migration of a device from an AP component to a RAN component. Moreover, AP slice coordination can enable efficient use of network computing resources tailored to needs of devices connecting to an AP device. A determined pairing, e.g., AP-core, AP-RAN-core, RAN-core, etc., can be modified before provisioning or after provisioning in response to changes in device demands and/or AP state/environment.
