Abstract: The present disclosure relates to synchronization signal block transmission methods, access network devices, and terminal devices. One example method includes determining, by an access network device, a resource set used for transmission of a synchronization signal block set in a preset time window, where the synchronization signal block set includes a first synchronization signal block and L second synchronization signal blocks, L≥1, the resource set includes a plurality of first candidate resources used to transmit the first synchronization signal block and at least L second candidate resources used to transmit the L second synchronization signal blocks, and at least one of sending, by the access network device, the first synchronization signal block to a terminal device on a first resource in the plurality of first candidate resources based on a CCA result, or respectively sending N second synchronization signal blocks to the terminal device on N second resources.

Abstract: A terminal receives downlink scheduling information of a downlink subframe F(i, j), where a set M of preconfigured downlink subframes in which the downlink subframe F(i, j) is located is divided into N subsets of preconfigured downlink subframes, a bit quantity of a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement HARQ-ACK that needs to be fed back for each downlink subframe in one subset of preconfigured downlink subframes is a predetermined value, and bit quantities of HARQ-ACKs that need to be fed back for any downlink subframes in different subsets of preconfigured downlink subframes are different. The terminal generates a HARQ-ACK codebook according to a receiving status of downlink data. And the terminal generates uplink control information after encoding the HARQ-ACK codebook; and a sending module sends the uplink control information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for transmitting uplink control information and an apparatus, applicable to a multi-carrier system. A user terminal receives physical layer signaling from a network device, where the physical layer signaling includes first indication information. The user terminal determines, according to the first indication information, a bit quantity of periodic CSI that can be sent on a channel resource or a piece quantity of periodic CSI that can be sent on a channel resource. The user terminal determines, according to the bit quantity or the piece quantity of the periodic CSI that can be sent, to-be-sent periodic CSI from periodic CSI corresponding to multiple downlink carriers. The user terminal sends HARQ-ACK information and the to-be-sent periodic CSI on the channel resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods for sending and receiving feedback information, user equipment, and an access network device, relate to the field of communications technologies. In one embodiment, UE receives, in a downlink subframe in a preconfigured downlink subframe subset, downlink data that is sent by an access network device by using a downlink shared channel and a DAI index indicator and a DAI total quantity indicator that are sent by using a downlink control channel. The UE determines an uplink subframe for sending feedback information corresponding to the downlink shared channel. The UE determines a codebook of the feedback information according to the downlink assignment index DAI index indicator and the DAI total quantity indicator. The UE performs channel coding on the feedback information according to the codebook. The UE sends the channel coded feedback information.
