    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information that identifies multiple precoder indicators and at least one co-phasing factor indicator for generating a co-phased joint transmission using multiple antenna panels. The UE may determine precoders for the multiple antenna panels based at least in part on the multiple precoder indicators and the at least one co-phasing factor indicator. The UE may communicate by joint transmission using the multiple antenna panels according to the determined precoders. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Positioning of a user equipment (UE) is supported using reception points (RPs) that receive uplink sounding reference signals (SRS) from the UE. The RPs may measure signal strengths of received SRS that are used to determine path loss reference values that are provided to the UE for configurating subsequent SRS. The UE may report a plurality of RxTx time difference measurements with respect to a single PRS for the SRS transmitted to a plurality of RPs. The RPs may provide an Rx time for received SRS, which is used to generate a RxTx time different measurement for asymmetric round trip time (RTT) if the RP and TRP clocks are synchronized. The RPs may provide an RxRx time difference measurement for a time of reception of PRS and SRS if the RP and TRP clocks are synchronized. A location server determines a position of the UE using different positioning measurements.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) transmission with slot aggregation. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a grant scheduling a slot aggregated transmission in a plurality of aggregated slots and triggering an aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) transmission in one of the plurality of aggregated slots. The method includes determining one or more of the plurality of aggregated slots to transmit the A-CSI transmission. The method includes transmitting the A-CSI transmission in the determined one or more of the plurality of aggregated slots.

    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) deferral for PUCCH groups are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a downlink configuration of a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) group that configures a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback payload corresponding to a first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) downlink packet for deferral and does not configure a second HARQ feedback payload corresponding to a second SPS downlink packet for deferral. The UE also may delay transmission of at least the first HARQ feedback payload based on different configurations for HARQ feedback deferral between the first SPS downlink packet and the second SPS downlink packet.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) scheduling transmission of a first one or more physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) communications on a first component carrier and a second one or more PUCCH communications on a second component carrier, wherein the DCI includes information identifying a first transmit power configuration for the first one or more PUCCH communications and a second transmit power configuration for the second one or more PUCCH communications. The UE may transmit the first one or more PUCCH communications in accordance with the first transmit power configuration and the second one or more PUCCH communications in accordance with the second transmit power configuration.
