    摘要: A device for weighing filled capsules has a weighing unit with weighing receptacle for the capsules supplied via a feed channel to the weighing unit in a movement direction. The weighing receptacle has a stop holding a capsule with form fit in movement direction in a receptacle section of the weighing receptacle. The receptacle section relative to the horizontal is slanted such that a leading end of the receptacle section relative to the movement direction is lower than a rearward end. In the method for weighing, the capsule is held with form fit in movement direction in the receptacle section by the stop device such that the capsule is at a slant with a leading end in relation to the movement direction being lower than a rearward end of the capsule. Weighing of the capsule is done in the weighing unit while the capsule is held at the slant.

    摘要: A filling system for filling powder into a target container to be sealed has a metering device for metering a partial quantity of the powder to be filled in. A compaction element for the powder is arranged below the metering device. The compaction element can be lowered from above into the target container. The compaction element is a shaking element with a shaking drive. During filling of the target container with the powder, the shaking element at least partially projects from above into the target container. The shaking element has a bottom edge provided with a shaking projection, wherein the shaking projection, beginning at the bottom edge, extends downwardly. During filling of the target container with the powder, only the shaking projection of the shaking element projects from above into the target container and the shaking element as a whole does not contact the target container.

    摘要: The invention relates to a filling assembly for volumetric metering of fine grained powder (2) and to a method for operating said filling assembly. The powder (2) is provided in a resting state in the storage container (15) arranged on the inlet side of a filling line (8), and in the filling line (8) itself. The filling device (1) has a cover (7), a filling line (8) led through the cover (7) and pressure line (9), and also a pressure pulsation device (10). A metering container (3) is moved with its filling opening (5) under the cover (7) of the filling device (1) in such a way that the filling line (8) and the pressure line (9) open into the interior (4) of the metering container (3). By means of the pressure pulsation device (10), a pressure (p) oscillating about the atmospheric ambient pressure (po) as an average is generated and, by means of the pressure line (9), is transmitted into the interior (4) of the metering container (3). Amplitude (a), frequency and period (t) of the oscillating pressure (p) are adjusted in such a way that the powder (2) in the filling line (8) is fluidized and, as a consequence of its inherent weight, falls through the filling line (8) into the metering container (3).

    摘要: The invention relates to a metering device for fine grained powder (1), in particular for medicinal powder (1) for pulmonary administration, and to a method for operating the metering device. The metering device comprises a powder pump and a metering mechanism (3), wherein the metering mechanism (3) comprises a continuous powder passage (4) and at least one metering chamber (5) with an outlet valve (6). The metering chamber (5) branches off from the powder passage (4) at an angle. The metering chamber (5) has a larger cross section than the powder passage (4). The powder (1) is conveyed through the powder passage (4) by means of the powder pump, the at least one metering chamber (5) being filled with the powder (1) in a self-levelling manner. The conveying by means of the powder pump is then interrupted, and at least one target container is filled from the metering chamber (5) with the outlet valve (6) being opened and a residual quantity of powder (1) remaining in the metering chamber (5).
