Abstract:
The invention provides an apparatus configured to convert kinetic energy of wind flow into electric energy. The apparatus includes a mast, a primary electric generator mounted on the mast, a secondary electric generator mounted on the mast in a tandem arrangement with the primary electric generator, blades affixed to a rotor shaft of the primary electric generator, a driving clutch affixed to the rotor shaft of the primary electric generator, a driven clutch affixed to a rotor shaft of the secondary electric generator, and endless elongated member connecting the driving clutch with the driven clutch. The apparatus is configured to convert a kinetic energy of a wind flow into an electric energy at one or both of the primary and secondary electric generators.

A flow diverting weir device includes a mounting member having a length thereof sized to fit under a compression and without use of fasteners into a skimmer opening of a swimming pool skimmer, and an arm having one end thereof fastened to the mounting member, the arm movable between a coiled position and an uncoiled position, wherein the arm extends outwardly from the skimmer opening in the uncoiled position. Arm may be manufactured form a flexible material and have an arcuate cross-section in a plane normal to a length thereof.

The present invention provides a modular system for at least one of displaying and storing at least one article. The modular system includes at least a pair of elongated support brackets having magnetic protrusions; at least one elongated cross member having downwardly facing end stops and means for positioning each of the at least one elongated cross member and the at least said pair of elongated support brackets in a generally horizontal plane during use of the modular system. The at least a pair of elongated support brackets are disposed in a spaced apart parallel relationship with each other. The at least one elongated cross member is sized to at least span a distance between the at least pair of elongated support brackets. Additionally, the at least one elongated cross member may at least rest on a top edge of each of the at least the pair of elongated support brackets during use of said modular system.
Abstract:
A medicine dispensing record system that joins with a medicine container and records and displays content and administration information about a medicine to ensure the proper administration of the medicine. The medicine information that is recorded may be erased and updated when a subsequent dose of medicine is administered. The medicine dispensing system includes an identification portion that affixes to the medicine container and includes a dry-erase surface that provides a receptive and erasable surface for a user to record and review information about a last medicine dose with information such as: time and/or date the last dose was administered, amount of medicine administered, current daily intake amount, contents of the medicine container, scheduled administration of the medicine, and warnings about the medicine. The information displayed on the surface is constantly revised with each subsequent dosage of the medicine with an attached dry-erase marker.

A device for transporting freight articles in a ground or rail haul operations comprises a hollow housing including four corner sections, side walls, two center sections defining four openings each disposed between one edge of a center section and an edge of a respective corner section, a bottom portion and a top portion, wherein the two center portions are manufactured from see through or clear material. A door is mounted to selectively open and close a respective opening and swinging outwardly and towards a respective corner portion to selectively open the respective opening. Two channels are provided in the bottom portion, each in open communication with opposite sides of the bottom portion. Four feet or wheels are mounted on the bottom portion. Four receptacles are provided in the top portion, each sized and shaped to receive a foot therewithin.
