    摘要: A junction box and an electronic device assembly system relate to the field of infrastructure technologies. The junction box includes an accommodation chamber configured to accommodate a wire and a sealing cap configured to seal the wire. An upper cover of the accommodation chamber is provided with a first through-hole for wiring, a base of the accommodation chamber is provided with a second through-hole for wiring, and a side wall of the accommodation chamber is provided with one or more operation windows. The upper cover of the accommodation chamber is provided with a first installation position for installing to a pole, and the base of the accommodation chamber is provided with a second installation position for installing to an electronic device. The sealing cap includes a third through-hole for wiring and a fourth through-hole for wiring.

    摘要: An enclosure includes a housing having an elongate length between first and second ends, the housing defining a cable pass-through location at a first end, the housing including a first housing piece and a second housing piece that pivotally couple together at the first end of the housing. Each housing piece carries a respective cable sealant module that compress together as the housing is closed. A sealing projection on one of the housing pieces inhibits gel of the sealant modules from extruding into a perimeter seal of the housing.

    摘要: In one aspect of the present invention a wireway seal cap for use with an electrical box is provided and comprises an outer surface for covering an opening within the electrical box.     摘要: The body component and the protector component are inserted into the through hole of the end face plate. The protector component is disposed, in the through hole, at a place closer to the outer surface of the end face plate than the body component is. The body component guides a tail cable into the internal space of the pressure-resistant housing main body. The protector component protects the tail cable. The nut fixes the protector component to the end face plate. The elastic member is attached to the end face plate so as to cover the boundary part between the protector component and the nut. The insulating liquid is charged in the space between the elastic member and the protector component.

    摘要: Apparatus and associated methods relate to an electronic device enclosure having a water resistant property capable of withstanding a predetermined minimum displacement force. In an illustrative example, a pressed fit self-aligning device enclosure (PFSADE) may include a housing and a cover. The housing, for example, may include an opening configured to receive electronic components during an assembly processing. After the electronic components are installed, for example, the cover may be coupled to the housing to cover the opening. For example, the cover may include an edge surface around a perimeter of the cover and at least one self-aligning element (SAE) extending orthogonal to the edge surface. For example, the SAE may align the cover in a relative position to the housing, and to withstand a predetermined minimum displacement force threshold. Various embodiments may advantageously prevent leakage due to out of tolerance alignment between the housing and the cover.
