摘要： A replacement filter deployed within a flow channel with a housing having a first frame member and a second frame member that are detachable with an exposure slot formed within the housing. A filter media storage area is within the housing, having unexposed, folded, pleated filter media stored therein. The unexposed folded, pleated filter media is compactly held within the filter media storage area. A motor is coupled to a power supply and in communication with a controller. The motor moving a movement member that advances an unexposed portion of the stacked pleated filter media into the exposure slot, expanding and exposing the unexposed portion of the media to the flow channel while retaining pleats and creating an exposed portion of the filter media. A containment area is provided where the exposed portion of the pleated filter media is collected folded, restacked and compactly stored and retained.

An at least one frame support couples the at least two end plates, where the semi-solid food product metering device has a non-operational position and an operational position and is transitioned therebetween by a user, such that when in the operational position the semi-solid food product metering device is in operation and the at least one support bar supports the at least two feed roller end plates in the operating position with the at least one affixing device securing the end plates. When in the non-operational position, the device is not in operation, the affixing device is not securing the end plate and allows for movement, removal, or movement and removal of the second of the at least two end plates away from the end of the two counter rotating feed roller to provide access to a gap between the at least two counter rotating feed roller ends and the two end plates in the non-operational position.

摘要： Methods are disclosed for replacing expired or unserviceable aircraft emergency slides (“slides”) in an aircraft. The disclosed methods utilize containers that are configured to securely retain both unserviceable slides and serviceable slides at different times in different configurations as installation tools. The container can be placed on an aircraft through the main door of the aircraft, and are further configured to be easily transported within the aircraft from a staging area of the aircraft to a slide installation and removal point at either the main door or an emergency exit door of the aircraft. The containers can be aligned with the installation and removal point to facilitate replacing an unserviceable slide with a new, serviceable slide. The disclosed methods and containers improve personnel safety concerning lifting and handling of the slides, which are heavy. The containers and methods disclosed herein further facilitate positioning of the slides near installation and removal points and properly orienting the slides, while reducing awkward handling situations for personnel.

摘要： A laminar flow water jet system has a housing with a water channel, the housing creating a laminar flow in the water channel from the water flowing through the housing. A lighting element is provided with a controller. The laminar flow passes through at least one jetting element having a cup portion and a nozzle portion and jetting a laminar flow tube from the laminar flow passing through the water channel in the housing at the base portion. The laminar flow tube is ejected from the nozzle as a laminar flow jet having a smoothed tubular surface jacket and being lit by the lighting element. An additive source drips additive into the cup portion at a rate controlled by the controller, the additive being absorbed by capillary action by the laminar flow tube as it is passed through the nozzle to become the laminar flow jet. The absorption process drawing in air from the surrounding atmosphere and creating perturbations or bubbles within the laminar flow tube. In a further mode either an energetic pulse or an additive wave formed by increasing the volume of additive in the cup portion of the jetting element creates a wave perturbation or interruption throughout the laminar flow tube creating a variation in the laminar flow tube and the smoothed tubular surface jacket of the resulting laminar flow jet.

The one-way inlet gate has first and second sets of spaced apart pins, each set being pivotable independently of the other between open and closed positions. Also, the one-way inlet gate has pairs of pins which are pivotable between the open and closed positions, each pair being formed by parallel legs of a U-shaped length of wire, with retainers engaging the legs of each pair to prevent spreading of the legs.
