    Abstract: A fountain system is provided. The fountain system includes a fountain nozzle that includes a body configured to telescope during extension and retraction and a nozzle outlet coupled to an end of the body. The fountain system also includes an extension system configured to actuate the extension and retraction of the body. The fountain system also includes an actuation system configured to activate discharge of a liquid, such as water, from the nozzle outlet. The extension system and the actuation system are discrete systems.

    Abstract: The present invention is a water fountain control system that utilizes cameras to analyze movements of a human subject, and actuates one or more water fountain controllers in response to the movements to create a display incorporating spray patterns of the flowing water. The camera system records video in real time and generates optical signals that are sent to a processor running software that assesses the dimension, position, stance, and/or motion of the human subject and converts the data into recognized classes of movements and/or poses. Once the processor identifies the type of movements and/or poses, it sends signals to the actuators of the water fountains to control the fountains in a manner that implements stored predetermined visual effects generated by the fountain to create a visual presentation to an audience.

    Abstract: A water floating-type light fountain includes a light-transmitting casing, a light-emitting assembly, and a water-spraying assembly. A mounting cavity is formed in the light-transmitting casing. The light-transmitting casing includes an upper casing and a bottom casing that are integrally formed. A band-shaped light-emitting surface is formed on an outer side surface of the upper case. The light-emitting assembly includes a circuit board, and a first light source and a second light source arranged on the circuit board. The first light source is located at the front of the circuit board, and the second light source is located at the back. The water-spraying assembly includes a spray head and a water pipe. The upper casing and the bottom casing are integrally formed, which effectively improves the waterproof performance of the light-transmitting casing, avoids water seepage, and saves the cost, and improves the landscape lighting effect of the light fountain.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing a self-powered variable fountain display is disclosed. A high-pressure source of water is applied to a bifurcated manifold. A first portion of the manifold supplies a distribution chamber within which is a plurality of distribution holes, each of which is capable of driving an individual fountain display nozzle. A second portion of the manifold provides motive power to an impeller that in turn drives a gear system used to select which of the plurality of distribution holes is active.

    Abstract: A solar landscape apparatus having a floating body, a support member, a solar panel, a battery and an electrical device is disclosed. The floating body is composed of a material with a density lower than that of water. The solar panel, the battery and the electrical device are respectively located on the floating body and the battery is electrically connected with the solar panel and the battery respectively. The support member is installed on the floating body and at least a part of the support member protrudes from a periphery of the floating body to prevent the floating body from leaning against a water edge. Through the part of the support member protruding from the periphery of the floating body, the floating body is kept at a preset distance from the water edge, thus effectively improving the landscape effect.
