Abstract:
According to one embodiment, an inkjet image forming apparatus includes an inkjet head configured to discharge water-based ink and form an image on a surface of a recording medium, a medium conveyance part configured to convey the recording medium, a solution imparting part that is disposed upstream of the inkjet head in a recording medium conveyance direction and uses another inkjet head to impart a solution to the surface of the recording medium on which the image is formed, and a controller configured to calculate an imparting amount of the solution to be imparted to the recording medium and control an imparting operation to the recording medium.
Abstract:
The inkjet recording device has the feed mechanism for feeding the paper sheet in the feed direction, the inkjet head for ejecting the droplets towards the paper sheet conveyed by the feed mechanism, the dry section for drying the droplets attached on the paper sheet by landing, and the control mechanism for predicting the amount of heat necessary for drying the droplets based on either one of the paper sheet information of the paper sheet and the recording information to be recorded on the paper sheet to control the temperature of the dry section.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment, an inkjet image forming apparatus includes an inkjet head which ejects an aqueous ink, a recording medium reversing mechanism for reversing a recording medium, and a controller. The controller performs control such that if a both-side recording mode is designated, the location information of an overlapping region of images to be recorded on the front surface and the rear surface is detected, based on the detected recording image location information on the front surface and the rear surface, the density of the images to be recorded at the location on the front surface and the rear surface is determined, and if the image density on one surface is higher than the image density on the other surface, the image density at the location on the one surface is reduced, and controls the inkjet head based on the control.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment, an ink jet recording apparatus includes a first ink jet head, a second ink jet head, a main feeding passage, a first roundabout feeding passage, and a controller. The first ink jet head forms an image on a medium. The second ink jet head forms an image on the medium. The main feeding passage feeds the medium so that the first ink jet head and the second ink jet head form an image on the medium. The first roundabout feeding passage feeds the medium without allowing the medium to face the first ink jet head. The controller controls so as to feed the medium through the first roundabout feeding passage if the first ink jet head is unusable.
Abstract:
An image recording apparatus includes a conveyance unit which includes a conveyance belt and an air suction unit for sucking air through the conveyance belt to adsorb a recording medium onto the conveyance belt. A recording head ejects ink to carry out recording on the recording medium conveyed by the conveyance unit. An adsorption force adjusting unit adjusts the adsorption force for the recording medium on the conveyance belt, which occurs by sucking air, according to the size of the recording medium.
Abstract:
An ink jet head driving apparatus for driving an ink jet head having plural nozzles to discharge supplied ink includes actuators provided correspondingly to the respective nozzles and to cause corresponding amounts of ink to be discharged from the nozzles by drive signals, a storage unit to store correction data for equalizing the ink discharge amounts from the respective nozzles, a selection unit to select one drive signal from the plural drive signals based on the correction data, and a drive unit to output the selected drive signal to the actuator at a specified timing, in which the nozzles of the ink jet head are classified into plural groups correspondingly to ink discharge amount characteristics of the nozzles, and the correction data is determined for each of the plural classified groups of the nozzles.
Abstract:
An ink jet recording apparatus includes an ink jet head in which a plurality of nozzles are arranged, a sub-scan driving unit which carries a recording medium to be formed with an image, a first carrying unit which is disposed on a downstream side of a carrying direction of the recording medium by the sub-scan driving unit and carries the recording medium on which an image is formed by the ink jet head, and a second carrying unit which is disposed so as to face the first carrying unit and heats the recording medium interposed between the first carrying unit and the second carrying unit.
Abstract:
An inkjet recording device has a conveying path, a feed mechanism configured to feed the paper sheet on the conveying path in the feed direction, an inkjet head configured to make droplets land on the paper sheet, a suction mechanism configured to suction the paper sheet towards the conveying path, and the control mechanism configured to predict the extent of the cockling caused in the paper sheet on which the droplets land based on either one of paper sheet information of the paper sheet and information of the image to be formed on the paper sheet to control suction force of the suction mechanism in accordance with the degree of the cockling.
Abstract:
