摘要： A cargo handling vehicle comprising a mast and a lifting device movable along said mast. The cargo handling vehicle comprises a range sensor located on said cargo handling vehicle at a position suitable for measuring the distance to the top of a piece of cargo. The cargo handling vehicle also comprises means for calculating a calculated height of said piece of cargo with respect based on said distance to the top of the piece of cargo, and means for calculating the estimated volume of said piece of cargo based on said known length and width and said calculated height. The cargo handling vehicle is used in a method for calculating the estimated volume of said piece of cargo.

摘要： Flotation device for the separation (purification or removal) of dispersed particles in a fluid, in particular removal of dispersed oil in water. The device includes a flotation cell (1) with one or more nozzles (4) provided at or near the bottom of the cell for the supply of gas or fluid to the interior of the cell. Further the ceil is provided with an inlet (5) for the fluid to be treated and two or more outlets (6, 7) for the separated products. The flotation cell is in the form of a longitudinal pipe (1), the diameter of which is basically the same as the diameter of the fluid transport or feeding pipe (2) connected to the inlet (5) of the pipe. The nozzles (4) for the supply of gas or fluid are provided at distance along the bottom of the pipe.

This subsystem (30) is further operable to determine volume of the room (26), one or more dimensions of the room (26) and/or at least one absorption coefficient of a room boundary as a function of the sound reflections.
