The valve arrangement (30, 46) has a first valve mode providing a pressure dependent shut-off valve (46) in the circulation connection. The valve arrangement (30, 46) allows a change between the first valve mode and at least one further valve mode. The at least one further valve mode provides at least one fixed closing degree of the circulation connection (44, 54).

Abstract: A pump assembly includes an electrical drive motor (2) and an impeller which is connected to the drive motor (2) via a shaft (14). The shaft extends between the drive motor (2) and the impeller, through a seal arrangement with a fluid reservoir (22). A method is provided for detecting a concentration change in a fluid reservoir in the seal arrangement in the pump assembly. A concentration sensor (30) detects a concentration change in the fluid reservoir (22), and a second sensor (32) detects at least one further parameter of the fluid reservoir (22). The sensors are arranged on the fluid reservoir (22). The sensors are connected to an evaluation device (22). The evaluation device (34) is configured to carry out an evaluation of at least one reading of the concentration sensor (30), taking into account at least one reading which is detected by the second sensor (32).

The alarm management module (13) is configured to trigger an intervention alarm only if all of the following conditions are met: a) the at least one level variable (h) is at or above a predetermined alarm level threshold (hm), b) the at least one level variable (h) is increasing, and c) the at least one capacity variable (p %, P %, C %) is below a capacity threshold.

Abstract: The invention relates to a structured catalyst for catalyzing steam methane reforming reaction in a given temperature range T upon bringing a hydrocarbon feed gas into contact with the structured catalyst. The structured catalyst comprises a macroscopic structure, which comprises an electrically conductive material and supports a ceramic coating. The macroscopic structure has been manufactured by 3D printing or extrusion and subsequent sintering, wherein the macroscopic structure and the ceramic coating have been sintered in an oxidizing atmosphere in order to form chemical bonds between the ceramic coating and the macroscopic structure. The ceramic coating supports catalytically active material arranged to catalyze the steam methane reforming reaction, wherein the macroscopic structure is arranged to conduct an electrical current to supply an energy flux to the steam methane reforming reaction. The invention moreover relates to methods of manufacturing the structured catalyst and a system using the structured catalyst.
