Abstract: A roof system comprises a panel movable between closed and open positions. An operating mechanism comprises front and rear devices. A slide moves the panel both in vertical and horizontal directions via the front and rear devices. At least one of the front and rear devices comprises a lever connected to the slide or the stationary rail through a second pivot pin. A first guide cam is at least partly in engagement with either a stationary guide and/or a curve in the slide. The slide includes a first and second slide part are pivotally connected to each other. One of the slide parts, that is pivotally and slidably connected to said lever, includes a cam engaging a guide curve in the stationary guide rail to force said one slide part to pivot with respect to the other slide part during at least a part of the sliding movement of the slide.

Abstract: A roof system includes a closure panel that opens a roof opening in which it is positioned partially above a portion of a roof. An operating mechanism includes a front device having a lever for moving the front edge of the panel in a vertical direction. The lever is pivotally connected to a driving slide that has a cam partly in engagement with a stationary guide curve and is in engagement with the panel through a pin-curve assembly. A curve of the pin-curve assembly has a guiding curve extending allowing a corresponding pin to slide along it to move the front of the panel at least in vertical direction when the lever is driven by the driving slide. A locking curve extends mainly vertically when a pin is positioned in the locking curve in order to allow the driving slide to slide the panel in longitudinal direction.

Abstract: A rollo assembly comprises a flexible rollo screen, a rotatable winding shaft to which a first end of the rollo screen is attached for being wound on or off said winding shaft and two opposite longitudinal guides extending in a longitudinal direction perpendicularly to the winding shaft for guiding opposite sides of the rollo screen. The rollo screen further is provided with longitudinally spaced elongate stiffeners extending substantially in a transverse direction in parallel to the winding shaft between the opposite sides of the rollo screen and attached to the flexible rollo screen, which stiffeners are biased for assuming a curved shape in said transverse direction. Each stiffener comprises two stiffener parts which comprise facing edges and wherein each stiffener further comprises a hinge member extending in said transverse direction and joining said facing edges.

Abstract: A sunshade assembly includes a flexible sunscreen and two opposed longitudinal guides for guiding longitudinal edges of the sunscreen. Abstract: A roof closure assembly for a vehicle having a roof opening, comprises a stationary part and a closure. A wind deflector arrangement includes an elongated wind deflector body having two ends which are connected to arm assemblies movably coupled to the stationary part and engagable by the closure in order to move the wind deflector body when the closure moves near a closed position. Abstract: An open roof construction for a vehicle comprises a rollo assembly. The rollo assembly comprises a rollo screen and a winding shaft for the rollo screen which is rotatable around a stationary axis of rotation. The rollo screen firstly extends in a first direction, next around a reversal member and finally back in an opposite second direction and ends at a rollo screen edge which is attached to a stationary member. The rollo screen has two longitudinal edges which, when the rollo screen is wound off, are brought into engagement with holding members. The longitudinal edges of the rollo screen each comprise a hooking member insertable into a holding groove and hook behind a narrow entrance thereof. A reversal member is provided with a device acting on at least one of the hooking member and holding groove to enable the hooking member to enter and exit the holding groove.
