    摘要: A device for morcellating tissue within a body cavity of a patient comprises a stationary tube having a distal end portion, and a bipolar electrosurgical electrode assembly located at the distal end of the tube. The electrosurgical electrode assembly comprises first and second electrodes separated by an insulation member, the bipolar electrosurgical electrode assembly extending around the circumference of the distal edge of the tube. When an electrosurgical cutting voltage is applied to the electrode assembly, and relative movement is initiated between the tube and the tissue, a core of severed tissue is formed within the tube such that it can be removed from the body cavity of the patient. A tissue-pulling device such as a jaw assembly can be employed to pull tissue against the distal end of the tube.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a load floor latch for securing a first closure member to a second closure member panel. When the first and second closure members are fastened, the latch is opened by actuating the handle and the pawl is retracted into the latch. A biasing device such as a torsion spring acts on a locking arm so as to pivot the locking arm such that it engages a slot on the pawl. This maintains the pawl in the retracted position. When the first closure member to which the latch is attached is closed so as to bring the first closure member into a closed position with respect to the second closure member, a projection on the locking arm contacts a contact member such that the locking arm is pivoted and the locking arm no longer remains in the slot in the pawl. The pawl is then free to extend out of the latch to a latched position by the action of a compression spring and engage a keeper on the second closure member to thus fasten the first and second closure members.

The training tool can be used to improve ball security for football players of every level to reduce or even eliminate fumbling. The tool can simulate the forces imparted on a football that can cause a fumble during the game. Used during various drills in practice, the invention will improve the player's ability to maintain possession of the football during actual game play. The invention assembly can include a ball (such as a football, basketball or rugby ball), a rope, and a reciprocating handle weight subassembly. The tools can use a slightly vertical handheld sliding reciprocating weight with or without a spring(s), or motor, in order to cause shockwaves that pass to a player carrying a ball to simulate a fumbling condition during a game, where other players are trying to slap or grab or push or jar loose a ball from the grasp of the ball carrier. The reciprocating weight can be quickly pumped and/or jerked by the trainer/coach during drills to surprise and replicate a fumbling condition.

The user interface includes a screen presentation portion for presenting an application screen under design, and a mode control for selecting between the interactive mode and the design mode. When the user interface is in design mode, the user interface supports design of the application screen by recognizing design gestures, but disables the application elements.

The shroud defines an air gap between the sensor electrode and the shroud and an opening toward the distal end of the sensor electrode. The heater is mounted relative to the sensor electrode. The heater burns off particulate matter in the air gap between the sensor electrode and the shroud.

    摘要: A method for accelerating protein crystallization on a substrate is provided, including the steps of providing a coating layer comprising a colloidal solution containing inert particles on at least one discrete testing portion of a testing substrate to provide at least one coated portion, and drying the coated portion so that the coated portion has an enhanced surface topography defined by the characteristics of the coating layer. A supersaturated protein solution is applied to the coated portion, and the testing substrate is placed in an incubator for crystallization, and the growth rate of the protein crystals is accelerated during incubation due to the enhanced surface topography of the at least one coated portion. The testing substrate is evaluated to determine the degree of protein crystallization until crystallization in complete, and the protein crystals are subsequently removed from the testing substrate subjected to specific characterization testing.

The hearing aid has a faceplate, a battery holder and a battery and a signal path comprising a microphone, a signal processor, and a receiver, where the microphone and the battery are arranged at the faceplate. Further there are provided one or more electrical contact elements for electrical communication with the signal processor, where the contact elements each has a first leg arranged to be contacted from the outside of the hearing aid and a second leg arranged to provide electrical contact with the signal processor, and an intermediate part embedded in the surrounding material and interconnecting the first and second legs. The first legs of the contact elements are arranged to extend along a first side of the microphone in the space between the microphone and the battery holder and the second legs of the contact elements are arranged at a second side of the microphone. The invention further concerns a separate module with the contact elements where the module also has means for holding the microphone.
