A method for providing a Backup Label Switched Path for a specified Bypass Label Switch Path is disclosed. The method for providing a Backup Label Switched Path for a specified Bypass Label Switch Path includes establishing a Bypass LSP having an end-to-end path; obtaining the nodes traversed by the end-to-end path; generating a request to a path calculator which using the nodes provided on the end-to-end path calculates a path disjoint to those nodes; and signaling the calculated disjoint path as a Backup LSP for the Bypass LSP. The method for providing a Backup Label Switched Path for a specified Bypass Label Switch Path provides protection advantages over systems known in the art by providing capability for handling double failure scenarios.

The present disclosure relates, according to some embodiments, to compositions, apparatus, methods, and systems that may be used to produce polyols, for example, polyether polyols with a narrow range of molecular weights, with little if any unsaturated byproducts, in a sustained and/or continuous reaction, with efficient heat transfer, and/or at high production rates. For example, in some embodiments, teachings of the disclosure may be used to produce polyether polyols in a continuous loop flow process. A continuous loop flow process may be practiced such that heat is effectively transferred and/or product properties (e.g., range of molecular weights) are controllable. For example, a continuous loop flow process may use one or more continuous flow loops comprising a heat exchanger, a means to move material around each loop, inlets for catalyst, monomer, initiator or starter, and an outlet for polyol product.

This invention relates to cast films prepared from interpolymer compositions comprising; (A) a substantially linear ethylene/&agr;-olefin interpolymer present in the composition in an amount of from about 10 to about 100% by weight based on the combined weight of Components A and B; and (B) a heterogeneous interpolymer present in the composition in an amount of from about 0 to about 90% by weight based on the combined weight of Components A and B; and wherein said interpolymer composition has an I10/I2 value of −1.2−1.3* log(I2) The interpolymer compositions are useful in cast stretch film manufacture with the resulting cast films having an excellent balance of strength and processability.

The present invention pertains to an ethylene interpolymer composition characterized as having a narrow molecular weight distribution (MWD) and optimized compositional uniformity, a process for making such a composition and a fabricated article made from such composition. The novel composition is characterized as having at least two polymer components, the first component having an ATREF peak temperature, Tpeak1 and a viscosity average molecular weight, Mv1, and the second component having an ATREF peak temperature, Tpeak2, and a viscosity average molecular, Mv2, wherein the temperature differential between Tpeak2 and Tpeak1 decreases with iincreased composition density and Mv1/Mv2 is less than or equal to 1.2. The novel composition exhibits high, balanced toughness properties, good processibility and surprisingly improved optical properties and is particularly well-suited for use in applications such as lamination films trash can liners and heavy duty shipping bags, especially as a blown film.

The subject invention provides a film having at least one layer comprising an interpolymer of ethylene and at least one comonomer selected from the group consisting of C3-C20 &agr;-olefins, dienes, and cycloalkenes, wherein the interpolymer is characteried as having a high degree of processability good optical performance, and good mechanical properties. The subject invention further provides film fabrication processes and polymer compositions which are useful in preparing the subject films.

A second application independently inquires about the existance of the original data having the second format, independently of the first application, by querying the database for such original data, the second application expressing interest in such original data to the first application via a server, receiving any subsequently modified versions of such data having the second format directly from the first application, and storing the subsequently modified versions of such data having the second format in the second cache memory and in the database if the second application sets the persistant storage state.

The invention provides a solution polymerization process comprising: A) polymerizing one or more monomers in the presence of a solvent that comprises a heavy hydrocarbon solvent and a light hydrocarbon solvent, to form a polymer solution; B) transferring the polymer solution to a Liquid-Liquid Separator, without adding heat to the solution, and wherein the pressure of the polymer solution is actively reduced in a controlled manner prior to, or within, the Liquid-Liquid Separator, to induce at least two liquid phases, a polymer-rich phase and a solvent-rich phase, and wherein the concentration of polymer in the polymer-rich phase is higher than that in the polymer solution transferred to the Liquid-Liquid Separator; and C) removing the solvent-rich phase.
