    摘要: An inkjet head module and a method of aligning inkjet heads using the inkjet head module are disclosed. The inkjet head module can include a frame, which can be attached to and detached from an inkjet apparatus; a multiple number of heads, which may be coupled to the frame, and which may each have at least one nozzle formed for ejecting ink; a multiple number of support racks, each of which may be interposed between the frame and a head, and which may support the head such that the head is movable in relation to the frame; and a multiple number of piezoelectric motors, which may move the heads to align the heads in relation to one another. Certain embodiments of the invention make it possible to reduce the size of the overall inkjet apparatus, as well as to align a multiple number of inkjet heads with higher precision.

The method of manufacturing the printed circuit board can include adhering a film to an insulation base, in which the film is configured to flatten a surface of the insulation base, thermosetting the film, and forming a circuit pattern on the film by way of ink-jetting. In accordance with the present invention, a surface of the insulation base can be flattened and the surface roughness thereof can be made uniform, so that the diffusivity of the circuit pattern can be controlled while printing a minute circuit pattern and an adhesive strength between the insulation base and the circuit pattern can be increased.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing an optical attenuator, a bonding medium layer of polymer is used to bond an actuator structure and a support structure. A silicon layer is provided with waveguides for transmitting optical signals from an optical signal transmission line and an activator is formed at a predetermined portion thereof. The waveguides are inserted into cavities of the bonding medium layer. A support layer is attached to the bonding medium layer at an opposite face to a face where the bonding medium layer is bonded with a silicon substrate.
