    Abstract: A mold apparatus with replaceable mold plates comprises mold bases, and positioning units used to position mold plates on the respective mold bases. If the positioning units are removed, the mold plates can be easily replaced in such a manner that the mold plates are made to slide along the positioning units, facilitating the replacement of the mold plates. Since the mold plates can be quickly replaced, when different products are going to be produced, it only needs to redesign new mold plates with new forming blocks, and the new mold plates can also be applied to the original mold bases as long as they are formed with the guide grooves for cooperating with the positioning portions of the positioning units, greatly reducing the production cost while producing high economic benefits.

    Abstract: A spike structure made of different materials includes: a sole protruding portion, an interface member and a cleat member. The interface member is disposed between the sole protruding portion and the cleat member, so that the sole protruding portion does not directly contact the cleat member, but the sole protruding portion and the cleat member are in contact with the interface member, and because the interface member is easily bonded to the cleat member, the interface member and the cleat member can be fixedly combined by bonding. Besides, the interface member and the sole protruding portion are made of hard materials with similar hardness and are not easily deformed when they are in contact with each other. Therefore, the interface member and the sole protruding portion are not easily slipped off.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a sole with shoe nails made of different materials is provided. The method includes pre-forming shoe nails, putting the shoe nails in an injection molding mold, applying a surface treatment agent and an adhesive glue, injecting the heated molten sole material into a mold, binding the sole material and the shoe nails with the adhesive glue, and performing a cooling process to cause the sole material to solidify and turn into a sole and cause the adhesive glue to solidify and couple the sole and shoe nails together. The method enables a sole with shoe nails to be quickly manufactured so easily that it increases production efficiency and economic benefits.
