A plastic formed inflation mouth structure comprises a plastic formed body which is integrally formed with an inflation mouth by plastic injection molding. The inflation mouth includes an inflation apparatus passage and a restoration unit that are integrally formed. The inflation apparatus passage unit is formed with a notch for passage of an inflation apparatus to perform the inflation or deflation. The restoration unit applies an elastic restoration force onto the notch to make the notch assuredly enclose the inflation apparatus during the inflation and ensure a high airtightness when inflation is stopped.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a sole with shoe nails made of different materials is provided. The method includes pre-forming shoe nails, putting the shoe nails in an injection molding mold, applying a surface treatment agent and an adhesive glue, injecting the heated molten sole material into a mold, binding the sole material and the shoe nails with the adhesive glue, and performing a cooling process to cause the sole material to solidify and turn into a sole and cause the adhesive glue to solidify and couple the sole and shoe nails together. The method enables a sole with shoe nails to be quickly manufactured so easily that it increases production efficiency and economic benefits.

A mold assembly with a plurality of replaceable insert assemblies includes a mold base with a first mold plate and a second mold plate. Each of the plurality of insert assemblies includes a female insert and a male insert, at least two of the insert assemblies have their female inserts removably disposed at an inner side of the second mold plate of the mold base, and have their male inserts removably disposed at an inner side of the first mold plate. On the mold base are provided at least two insert assemblies which can be replaced easily to meet different manufacturing needs. Besides, the mold base is provided with at least two insert assemblies, which reduces the number of times that the insert assemblies have to be replaced, so as to save labor while improving manufacturing efficiency.

A mould with easy-replaceable mould plates comprises mould bases, and positioning units used to position mould plates on the respective mould bases. If the positioning units are removed, the mould plates can be easily replaced in such a manner that the mould plates are made to slide along the positioning units, facilitating the replacement of the mould plates. Since the mould plates can be quickly replaced, when different products are going to be produced, it only needs to redesign new mould plates with new forming blocks, and the new mould plates can also be applied to the original mould bases as long as they are formed with the guide grooves for cooperating with the positioning portions of the positioning units, greatly reducing the production cost while producing high economic benefits.

An elastic structure made by plastic injection molding comprises an elastic body and a connecting member. The elastic body includes two oppositely-connected half members which are made by plastic injection molding. The connecting member is formed around the circumference of the elastic body by injection molding and seals the two half members. While the connecting member is formed by injection molding, gas will be filled into the elastic body to make the elastic body have buffer elasticity. The half members made by plastic injection molding can be changed in shape as desired by changing the mold and can be formed with a mark portion with a brand slogan or mark during the plastic injection molding, thus making the production more convenient while controlling the yield. Furthermore, the application range of the elastic structure can be widened since the elastic structure can be made into different shapes.

A method for manufacturing a shoe sole with multi-material spikes includes: providing a spike-forming mold which includes an upper mold and a lower mold, wherein the lower mold includes a first filling hole which is in communication with the first spike cavity, different materials are placed in the first spike cavity to form the multi-material spike; providing a first mold which includes a second spike cavity; providing a second mold which includes a second filling hole; assembling the first and second molds, together to form a sole cavity, wherein the multi-material spike is placed into the sole cavity, a sole material is filled into the sole cavity through the second filling hole, and then the multi-material spike and the sole material are adhered to each other by hot melting; and opening the first and second molds, and obtaining a shoe sole with the multi-material spike.

A method for forming a plastic support shell of a sole includes the steps of placing a sheet material into a first mold assembly; softening the sheet material; vacuum plastic molding; putting the plastic semi product into a cutting mold assembly; cutting the waste edge; putting into a trimming mold assembly; and trimming with a mechanical arm. The carrying mold and the pressing mold press against the inner and outer surfaces of the plastic semi product, and the restricting edge and the support edge are used to define a cutting line. Therefore, the plastic semi product can be firmly positioned and held tight, and then the mechanical arm can trim the plastic semi product under the guiding of the restricting edge and the support edge, which makes the trimming process easy and precise.
