    Abstract: A plastic formed inflation mouth structure comprises a plastic formed body which is integrally formed with an inflation mouth by plastic injection molding. The inflation mouth includes an inflation apparatus passage and a restoration unit that are integrally formed. The inflation apparatus passage unit is formed with a notch for passage of an inflation apparatus to perform the inflation or deflation. The restoration unit applies an elastic restoration force onto the notch to make the notch assuredly enclose the inflation apparatus during the inflation and ensure a high airtightness when inflation is stopped.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a sole with shoe nails made of different materials is provided. The method includes pre-forming shoe nails, putting the shoe nails in an injection molding mold, applying a surface treatment agent and an adhesive glue, injecting the heated molten sole material into a mold, binding the sole material and the shoe nails with the adhesive glue, and performing a cooling process to cause the sole material to solidify and turn into a sole and cause the adhesive glue to solidify and couple the sole and shoe nails together. The method enables a sole with shoe nails to be quickly manufactured so easily that it increases production efficiency and economic benefits.

    Abstract: An elastic structure made by plastic injection molding comprises an elastic body and a connecting member. The elastic body includes two oppositely-connected half members which are made by plastic injection molding. The connecting member is formed around the circumference of the elastic body by injection molding and seals the two half members. While the connecting member is formed by injection molding, gas will be filled into the elastic body to make the elastic body have buffer elasticity. The half members made by plastic injection molding can be changed in shape as desired by changing the mold and can be formed with a mark portion with a brand slogan or mark during the plastic injection molding, thus making the production more convenient while controlling the yield. Furthermore, the application range of the elastic structure can be widened since the elastic structure can be made into different shapes.
