    摘要: A method for decentralized transportation dispatching is disclosed. The method bypasses utilizing a centralized dispatch call center and includes announcing a transportation requirement via broadcasting directly by at least one user, and replying to the transportation requirement with a plurality of competitive bidding information directly from a plurality of transportation providers who are capable of providing a passenger-carrying service or providing a goods-carrying service. The method further includes selecting one transportation provider from the transportation providers according to a request from the user, in which the selecting is performed through referencing the bidding information replied to by the transportation providers.

    摘要: A method of evaluating and optimizing performance of a chiller system includes the following steps. Determine a number of activated chillers, a number of activated cooling towers, and the lowest outlet temperature of cooling water of a cooling tower as an operating settings. By developing evaluating models, sequentially determine a temperature of the cooling water entering the chillers, a total power consumption of chillers, a total power consumption of the cooling towers, and a total power consumption of pumping cooling water. Then, determine a total power consumption of the system by the sum of the total power consumption of the chillers, the total power consumption of the cooling towers, and the total power consumption of pumping cooling water. Through the above method, the system total power consumptions under different operating settings are evaluated, so as to determine an optimized operating setting to optimize the performance of the system.

    摘要: A bicycle sprocket structure installs three pairs of embedding grooves at the periphery of an axle bushing of an axle base for installing brackets and latch members, and a plurality of latching points for latching the latch members are separated by 60 degrees. With the ratchets disposed on an internal side of the sprocket axle hole, the ratchet can be latched and linked with a pair of latch members in the shortest time, when a pedal is stepped clockwise to drive the sprocket to rotate clockwise after an idle run, so as to reduce the intermittent time and provide a smoother operation. Meanwhile, the number of latch members is increased, such that when the sprocket is latched and linked with the axle base, the remaining latch members constitute a multi-point contact support to enhance the stability of the operation and avoid damages to the related component due to a stress.
