摘要: The present invention provides a speaker box including a housing body with a containment space and a sounding unit. The housing body includes a sound aperture. The sounding unit includes a vibration system with a vibration diaphragm and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration diaphragm divides the containment space into front cavity and rear cavity. The speaker box includes a breathable separator located in the rear cavity to form a sound absorbing cavity. The lower housing includes a bottom wall and a side wall bent and extended from the bottom wall. The breathable separator includes a fixed part fixed to the upper housing, a breathable part having several air circulation holes, and a sealed part extending from the breathable part and sealing the through hole. The speaker box of the present invention effectively reduces the height of the product and reduces the cost.

摘要: A driving circuit for an audio power amplifier and an electronic device are provided. The driving circuit includes an audio codec, an audio power amplifier (PA), a power management integrated circuit (PMIC), a transistor, a speaker, and a motor. The transistor is connected in series with the motor to form a combined body, the speaker is connected in parallel with the combined body to form a two-in-one device, the audio PA is connected in series with the two-in-one device, the PMIC is connected in series with the two-in-one device, and the audio codec is connected in series with the audio PA. In the technical solutions provided in embodiments of the disclosure, a power amplifier can drive both the motor and the speaker, so that a power amplifier may be omitted and the power consumption and cost of the electronic equipment may be reduced.

The vibrating unit includes a mass block and a rotor. The driving assembly is one of at least one driving coil and a magnetic steel assembly. The rotor is the other one of the at least one driving coil and the magnetic steel assembly. Two ends of each of the elastic pieces are respectively fixed to the mass block and the housing. The mass block includes a first mass block assembly and a second mass block fixed to the first mass block assembly. The elastic pieces are fixed to the second mass block. A weight of the motor vibrating device is adjustable, which saves costs.

摘要: A vibrating motor includes a housing defining an accommodating space, a vibrating unit accommodated in the accommodating space, an elastic piece elastically suspending the vibrating unit, and a driving assembly accommodated in the housing. The driving assembly drives the vibrating unit to vibrate. The vibrating unit includes a mass block and a rotor fixed to the mass block. The elastic piece and the mass block are integrally formed through stamping. A position precision of the elastic piece is high, which improves a consistency of the vibrating motor, reduces a stress fluctuation of the elastic piece in a vibrating state, and reduces a possibility of fracture and reliability failure thereof. Moreover, two elastic portions disposed on two sides of the elastic piece are consistent, symmetry of a rotor system is improved, a swing degree of the vibrating motor is reduced, and a performance and a yield level thereof are improved.

摘要: The present invention provides a multifunctional sounding device including a housing, a first vibration system, a second vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, an elastic component and a flexible circuit board. The elastic component includes a deformation part fixed to the second vibration system and an installation part extended from both ends of the deformation part and fixed to the housing. The second vibration system is suspended in the containment cavity through the elastic component. The flexible circuit board is connected with the elastic component, so that the vibration of the flexible circuit board is coupled with the vibration of the elastic component. Therefore, the damping of the elastic component is reduced, the force received by the elastic component during vibration is reduced, and the service life of the elastic component is extended.

The sounding device may reduce accuracy deviation and hidden dangers of gluing failure caused by rear assembling of the auxiliary diaphragm.
