    Abstract: A liquid crystal phase shifter is disclosed. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes a liquid crystal cell, a partition plate, a first microstrip line, a second microstrip line and liquid crystal molecules. The liquid crystal cell includes a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other; the partition plate is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; the first microstrip line is disposed on a surface of the partition plate away from the second substrate; the second microstrip line is disposed on a surface of the partition plate away from the first substrate; and the liquid crystal molecules are provided between the first substrate and the partition plate, and between the second substrate and the partition plate.

    Abstract: A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a light emitting element disposed on a base substrate, and an encapsulation layer, a connection layer, a light extraction layer, a polarization conversion layer and a polarization layer stacked sequentially at a light exiting side of the light emitting element. The light extraction layer is configured to convert at least a portion of light emitted by the light emitting element incident onto the light extraction layer into circularly polarized light with a set rotational direction to pass through the light extraction layer. The polarization conversion layer is configured to convert the circularly polarized light passing through the light extraction layer into linearly polarized light, with a polarization direction parallel to a direction of a light transmission axis of the polarization layer; the connection layer is configured to bond the light extraction layer to the encapsulation layer.

    Abstract: A display including a first substrate, a first electrochromic layer, a light emitting layer, a second electrochromic layer and a second substrate that are sequentially stacked are provided. A display area of the display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in an array, the first electrochromic layer includes a plurality of first sub-electrochromic layers corresponding to the plurality of sub-pixels, and the second electrochromic layer includes a plurality of second sub-electrochromic layers corresponding to the plurality of sub-pixels, each first sub-electrochromic layer and each second sub-electrochromic layer are configured to switch between a light-transmissive state and a light-shielding state in response to an external voltage. The display panel can switch between a double-sided display state and a single-sided display state, meanwhile a phenomenon of mirror images can be avoided in case of double-sided display state.
