    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an organic light-emitting diode device, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode device comprises: a substrate (100); an organic light-emitting diode layer (200) on a side of the substrate (100); and a barrier layer (510) configured to block ultraviolet rays from entering the organic light-emitting diode layer, wherein the barrier layer is on a side of the organic light-emitting diode layer away from the substrate or on a side of the organic light-emitting diode layer close to the substrate. The organic light-emitting diode device can solve the technical problem of short service life due to the influence of ultraviolet rays in the sunlight.

    Abstract: A display panel includes: a flexible substrate, and the flexible substrate includes an intermediate region and a preset bending region located at at least one side of a periphery of the intermediate region; a display layer located at a side of the flexible substrate; and a transparent cover film layer located at a side of the display layer away from the flexible substrate, and the transparent cover film layer includes a first portion located at a side of the display layer away from the intermediate region, and a second portion located at a side of the display layer away from the preset bending region. The first portion is connected to the second portion, and the thickness of at least partial region of the second portion progressively decreases in a direction away from the first portion.

    Abstract: An organic electroluminescent diode, a display panel, a display device and a manufacturing method of an organic electroluminescent diode are provided. The organic electroluminescent diode includes a first electrode, a first electron blocking layer, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode which are stacked arranged in sequence, a surface of the first electron blocking layer in contact with the light-emitting layer is doped with a hole-type non-metallic material. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, by doping the hole-type non-metallic material in the first electron blocking layer, the density of the holes at the recombination interface is increased, the utilization rate of the holes is improved, and the loss of holes in the transmission process is avoided, which ensures that the holes are timely recombined with the transmitted electrons, and avoids the accumulation of too many electrons at the interface between the first electron blocking layer and the light-emitting layer.
