    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an OLED device and a manufacturing method. The OLED device comprises: an anode; a hole transport layer; a light-emitting layer; an electron transport layer comprising a first electron transport body and a second electron transport body, wherein the first electron transport body has a spiral structure, the second electron transport body has a continuous π conjugated system formed by fusing a dioxin structure and a benzoheterocyclic structure, the electron mobility of the first electron transport body is less than the electron mobility of the second electron transport body, the electron mobility of the second electron transport body is 10−5-10−8 cm2V−1s−1@5000 V1/2/m1/2, the triplet-state energy level of the first electron transport body is greater than the triplet-state energy level of the second electron transport body, and the triplet-state energy level of the first electron transport body is greater than 2.4 eV; and a cathode.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting device, including a first electrode, a second electrode and an emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A hole transporting layer is disposed between the first electrode and the emitting layer. An electron transporting layer is disposed between the second electrode and the emitting layer.     Abstract: The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent device, a display panel, and a display apparatus. A light-emitting layer comprises a first compound, a second compound, a third compound, and a fourth compound; the first compound and the second compound form a first exciplex under optical excitation and electric excitation; excitonic energy compounded by the first exciplex can be transferred to the third compound; then the third compound and the second compound are compounded to form a second exciplex; and excitonic energy compounded by the second exciplex can be transferred to the fourth compound. In the excitonic energy transfer process, triplet excitons improve a reverse intersystem crossing process and are converted into singlet excitons to radiate and emit fluorescence when an exciplex is formed by means of compounding; the singlet excitons are effectively used for Forster energy transfer, and Dexter energy transfer is inhibited, such that energy loss is avoided, the excitonic energy is effectively used, and the device efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: A display substrate includes a backplane, a pixel defining layer, a gas absorption layer, and light-emitting layers. The pixel defining layer is disposed on a side of the backplane, and has a plurality of openings. The gas absorption layer is disposed on a side of the pixel defining layer away from the backplane, and is configured to absorb a gas generated by the pixel definition layer due to an action of ultraviolet rays. The gas absorption layer exposes at least part of regions of the plurality of openings. The light-emitting layers are each at least partially located in an opening in the plurality of openings.
