    Abstract: A device for removing flashes of a wheel blank includes two layers of turnover mechanisms, wherein the lower-layer turnover mechanism realizes the initial positioning of a wheel and has the function of removing the flashes at both the inner side and the outer side of an inner rim of the wheel, and the upper-layer turnover mechanism realizes the secondary positioning of the wheel and has the function of removing the flashes on the outer rim side. By means of the two layers of turnover mechanisms, the flashes on the front face and end face of a wheel blank outer rim wheel lip, and the inner side and outer side of the inner rim are removed, and coaxial processing conversion and orderly takt connection are ensured. The disclosure also provides a method for removing flashes of a wheel blank.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a device for trimming the positioning end surface of a wheel blank comprises a wheel positioning clamping system, an axial positioning surface trimming system and a radial positioning surface trimming system. The wheel positioning clamping system completes the loading, clamping and low-speed rotation of the wheel; the axial positioning surface trimming system firstly completes the detection of the wheel axial hop, and then completes the trimming of the axially positioning surface; the radial positioning surface trimming system firstly completes the detection of the wheel radial hop, and then completes the trimming of the radial positioning surface. The axially positioning surface trimming system and the radial positioning surface trimming system are independent of each other and complementary to each other, and the two systems accomplish the trimming of the positioning end surface of the wheel blank jointly.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a wheel machining tool. A rough turning tool and a finish turning tool are respectively arranged on two sides of a tool head, the primary declination angle β of the rough turning tool is set to 90° to 120°, and the primary declination angle α of the finish turning tool is set to 85° to 95°; the axial height difference between the rough turning tool and the finish turning tool is set to 0.2-0.5 mm; the distance c between the rough turning tool and the tool head is set to 5-8 mm, and the distance b between the finish turning tool and the tool head is set to 3-5 mm.
