    摘要: A data transmission method applied in a display, which includes a display panel, is provided. The data transmission method includes the following steps of: providing a host controller and n display drivers, n is a natural number greater than 1; providing a communication link under mobile industry processor interface (MIPI), connecting the host controller to the n display drivers; determining n virtual channel values Vc1-Vcn corresponding to the respective n display drivers; employing the host controller for providing a command with a virtual channel parameter through the communication link under MIPI; when the virtual channel parameter corresponds to an ith virtual channel values Vci, an ith display driver executing corresponding operations in response to the command, while the rest n−1 display drivers ignoring the command, wherein i is a natural number smaller than or equal to n.

    摘要: A power-saving device for a driving circuit of a liquid crystal display panel is provided. The device comprises a first switch, a first capacitor, a second switch, a second capacitor, a third switch, an output buffer and a common electrode or a data line. The first capacitor and the second capacitor are coupled to the common electrode or the data line through the first switch and the second switch respectively. The output buffer is coupled to the common electrode or the data line through the third switch. The output buffer charges or discharges a ground-referenced equivalent capacitor of the data line or the common electrode. The device uses the switches to conduct positive and negative electric charges to the capacitors so that charges produced during the charging and discharging in the driving circuits of the common electrodes and data line can be stored and recycled to avoid unnecessary power waste.

    摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for increasing the slew rate. The apparatus for increasing the slew rate comprises an operational amplifier and a push-pull output stage. The present invention is operated under the principle of when there is a big difference between the output signal and the input signal, either the pull-up transistor or the pull-down transistor in the push-pull output stage is ON, so that the pushed or pulled current is provided to a load on the output terminal. When the difference between the output signal and the input signal becomes smaller, the operation of the push-pull output stage stops, and the load on the output terminal is directly driven by the operational amplifier at this time. Since the present invention only deploys an operational amplifier and a push-pull output stage and does not deploy error amplifier, the present invention reduces occupied area and saves consumed power, and also avoids offset voltage and oscillation problems.

    摘要: In a first display period of a display device, a first count value is recorded at the rising edge of the data enable signal for controlling the length of a horizontal line. Next, a second count value is recorded at the falling edge of the data enable signal for identifying the time when the data enable signal switches from a high level to a low level. When entering a porch period following the first display period, the counter is cleared when the count value reaches the first count value. In a second display period following the porch period, the counter is cleared at the rising edge of the data enable signal, and the first count value is used for controlling the length of the horizontal line.

The display driver apparatus includes a gate drive unit, a source drive unit, a multiplexer unit and a common voltage generation unit. The gate drive unit is used to generate a gate signal for turning on/off sub-pixels. The source drive unit is used to generate a source signal required by the display panel. The multiplexer unit is used to regulate the sequence for the source signal to be delivered to the sub-pixels. The common voltage generation unit is used to generate a common voltage and switch the level of the common voltage during the enable period of the gate signal.
