Abstract: This invention pertains to polyester compositions. More particularly, this invention pertains to polyester compositions that have particular utility as component of medical adhesive tapes, topical and transdermal drug delivery patches and cosmetic patches. The polyester is comprised of a diacid selected from the group consisting of a cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid, a dimethylcyclohexane dicarboxylic acid, and combinations thereof and polytetramethylene ether glycol and optionally a branching agent.
