摘要: The blocking phenomenon at the time of recycling can be effectively suppressed. Provided is a heat-shrinkable polyester film derived from a first polyester resin and a second polyester resin as a plurality of polyester resins having different crystallinity, the heat-shrinkable polyester film satisfying the following characteristics (A) to (E).
(A) and (B): The first polyester resin includes terephthalic acid, in which a reaction amount of ethylene glycol is in the range of 50 mol % or more and below 90 mol %, and the second polyester resin includes terephthalic acid, in which a reaction amount of ethylene glycol is 90 mol % or more.
(C) and (D): When predetermined isothermal crystallization measurement is performed, an exothermic peak appears within 12 minutes from the start, including a cooling process time, and the heat quantity of the exothermic peak is 5 to 35 J/g.
(E): The thermal shrinkage ratio in the main shrinkage direction as measured under predetermined conditions is 20% to 60%.-

摘要: This invention relates to adhesive compositions comprising a polyester polyol that includes residues of at least one 2, 2, 4, 4-tetraalkylcyclobutane-1, 3-diol, including, for example, 2, 2, 4, 4-tetramethylcyclobutane-1, 3-diol (TMCD). Adhesive compositions as described herein exhibit enhanced properties as compared to conventional adhesive compositions, and may be suitable for a wide variety of end use applications, including, flexible packaging, woodworking, automotive uses, and electronics.

摘要: Polyester resin includes polymer of acid component (A) and alcohol component (B). Component (A) contains 72 mol % or more of terephthalic acid component (A1) and from 8 to 28 mol % of isophthalic acid component (A2) with respect to total amount of component (A). Component (B) contains 77 mol % or more of ethylene glycol component (B1) and from 4 to 18 mol % of 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol component (B2) with respect to total amount of component (B). Sum of content by percentage of component (A2) with respect to component (A) and content by percentage of component (B2) with respect to component (B) is from 24 to 43 mol %. Content of diethylene glycol component (B3) with respect to total amount of component (B) is 5 mol % or less. Polyester resin has intrinsic viscosity of from 0.48 to 0.67 dl/g.

摘要: A preparation method of a polyester is provided. The method includes the following steps: allowing a raw material including a diacid and a diol to contact a monoclinic nano-TiO2 (namely, TiO2(B)) catalyst, and conducting an esterification reaction and a polycondensation reaction sequentially to obtain the polyester. The method can efficiently catalyze the synthesis of the polyester and avoid from yellowing of the polyester. Meanwhile, nano-TiO2(B) is polymerized in situ in the polyester, such that a structure of nano-TiO2(B) can adjust the structure and properties of a polyester matrix and effectively improve the mechanical, thermal, and barrier properties of the polyester.

摘要: The present invention relates to a polyester resin. The polyester resin is useful for bottles, sheets, multilayer sheets, stretched films and fiber applications due to excellent heat resistance and transparency, and in particular, the polyester resin has little deterioration of physical properties such as yellowing, etc., during processing. A process for making the polyester resin includes an esterification reaction between a dicarboxylic acid that includes terephthalic acid and a diol that includes isosorbide in the presence of a catalyst, followed by a polycondensation reaction on a product of the esterification reaction. In some embodiments, an initial mixing ratio of the dicarboxylic acid and the diol is between 1:1.02 and 1:1.04.

摘要: A thermoplastic polyester, and in particular a thermoplastic polyester including at least one 1,4:3,6-dianhydro-L-iditol unit (A), at least one linear aliphatic diol unit (B), at least one aromatic dicarboxylic unit (C), the thermoplastic polyester having a reduced viscosity in solution (25° C.; phenol (50 wt. %):ortho-dichlorobenzene (50 wt. %); 5 g of polyester/L) greater than 25 mL/g. A method for preparing such a polyester, a composition including the same and the use of the thermoplastic polyester for the production of finished or semi-finished plastic articles. The thermoplastic polyester is advantageous in that it has a particularly high incorporation rate of 1,4:3,6-dianhydro-L-iditol (A) units, at least greater than 85%, and most specifically at least greater than 90%.
