The illuminated moldings with integrated control may be attached to various surfaces of different objects. The illuminated molding is insulated and does not carry electricity, and can be placed under water with never a risk of shock even if something damages or cuts the molding. Further, the illuminated moldings with an integrated control allow a user to control various illumination characteristics and effects such as the turn on or turn off time, the color, the brightness, the transition between various operation modes. The integrated control may be wired or wireless.

摘要： Apparatus and method for simulating a back and forth leg or foot movement, the apparatus comprising: a pair of pivotable support mechanisms supported on a frame, a pair of foot pedals mounted on the support mechanisms for back and forth movement along an arcuate path of translation movement, the foot pedals being adjustable to a selected segment of an overall arcuate path of translation movement. The apparatus includes handles or arms interconnected or interlinked to the foot pedals for upper body pushing or pulling energy input. The handles or arms pivot together with and in the same back or forth direction as the pedals to which they are interlinked.

摘要： A method and apparatus for congestion control of a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connection. A TCP source monitors received acknowledgments (ACKs) and uses header information associated with the ACKs to determine an amount of data delivered at a TCP receiver. The amount of delivered data, divided by the time requited to deliver the data, gives a measure of instant data rate. The instant data rate is input to a filtering and averaging process to generate an estimate of the end-to-end bandwidth share or data rate of the connection. For the entire duration of the connection, the TCP source updates its estimate of the end-to-end bandwidth share every time an ACK is received. The estimate of the end-to-end bandwidth share is used the reset a congestion window and a slow start threshold whenever packet loss is indicated such as whenever a timeout expires or whenever three (3) duplicate ACKs are received.

摘要： A portable and concealable chair and backpack apparatus includes a frame, a frame cover, a backpack attached to the frame cover, a seat, and a concealment cover. The apparatus also includes shoulder straps attached to the frame cover for use in transporting the apparatus. The concealment cover includes a cover frame and a cover supported by the cover frame so as to substantially surround and cover a user seated on the seat. The cover frame includes a plurality of support ribs which support the cover even in strong wind conditions. The number and shape of ribs used will vary the shape and volume of the enclosed area. The cover is formed of 3-D camouflage and includes at least one opening for unobstructed viewing and shooting therethrough.
