Abstract: Disclosed are methods of applying a leave-on personal care treatment products comprising: a) providing a container having a nozzle or opening for selectively releasing the contents thereof; b) including in the container a leave-on personal care formulation comprising: (i) an active component for affecting the personal care of the user; (ii) a carrier for the active component, said carrier comprising at least about 50% by weight of trans-HCFO-1233zd and optionally a co-carrier in amounts of up to about 50% by weight; and c) spraying said leave-on personal care formulation from the container and onto the area of the user to be treated.
