摘要： The polysaccharide released from the unicellular cyanobacterium Cyanothece sp. CCY 0110 exhibits low cytotoxicity and proves to be suitable for the delivery of macromolecules. The cyanobacterium extracellular polymer disclosed in the present subject-matter, namely a polysaccharide and more in particular an heteropolysaccharide, assembles with proteins into a new phase with gel-like behaviour and the release kinetics can be modulated (i.e., delayed) by adding divalent cations and/or also exhibits physical and chemical properties typical of a bioemulsifier or a bioflocculant.

摘要： The present invention relates to a skin whitening composition containing mannosylerythritol lipid (MEL) as an active ingredient. The skin whitening composition according to the present invention suppresses the formation of skin melanocytes and improves the overall skin tone, and thus gives effectiveness of exhibiting clean, darkness-relieved, and bright skin. In addition, the composition can be easily formulated, and thus can be utilized in a high content for various dosage forms even without using a particular additional ingredient for formulating effective ingredient.

A method to produce the composition at low temperature is further disclosed.

The formulations and/or preparations include MSCs that are formulated into creams, lotions, and the like. In one aspect, the MSCs are obtained autogenously. In another aspect, the MSCs are obtained from allogeneic sources. In another aspect, the MSCs may be minimally manipulated. In another aspect, the MSCs may be derived from bone marrow or adipose tissue. In another aspect, the MSCs can be utilized from bone marrow concentrate (BMC) or from adipose stromal vascular fraction (SVF). In another aspect, the MSCs can also be utilized after cell expansion. The associated methods comprise topical application of the cosmetic/dermatological formulations and/or preparations onto skin tissue, resulting in repairing, rejuvenating, and/or augmenting the skin tissue.
