    Abstract: A method and apparatus for sending a push message is provided. A push sending agent in a server receives a push message sent by a push initiator, and compares a length of a content of the push message with a matching condition. The matching condition includes a maximum message length threshold specifying a maximum length allowed for the content of the push message. The push sending agent determines that the length of the content of the push message does not exceed the maximum message length threshold, and then sends the content of the push message to a push receiving agent in a terminal.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for sending a push message is provided. The method includes: comparing a content length of a content of a push message received from a push message initiator with a matching condition, wherein the matching condition comprising a maximum message length threshold specifying a maximum length allowed for the content of the push message; determining whether the content length of the content of the push message exceeds the maximum message length threshold; and sending the content of the push message to a push receiving agent of a terminal when the content length of the content of the push message does not exceed the maximum message length threshold.

    Abstract: A method is implemented by an embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) installed in a terminal, where a profile is installed in the eUICC, and where the profile is locked according to a policy rule. The method includes determining, by the terminal, identifier information and verification information of the profile that needs to be unlocked, where the identifier information of the profile is used to identify the profile installed in the terminal, and sending, by the terminal, a first unlock message to the eUICC, where the first unlock message carries the identifier information and the verification information of the profile, and where the first unlock message is used to instruct the eUICC to determine the profile and unlock the profile according to the policy rule after verification performed according to the verification information succeeds.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present subject matter provide a local profile management method, an embedded universal integrated circuit card, and a terminal. The embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) includes a primary platform and at least one installed bundle. The primary platform is a hardware platform. Each bundle includes at least one profile and an operating system (OS). The primary platform includes a processing module, which is configured to: receive a first message sent by a local profile assistant (LPA), where the first message is an operation instruction entered by a user; and separately send a second message to at least one OS corresponding to the at least one bundle, where the second message is used by the at least one OS to perform a corresponding operation. Local management of profiles of different OSs is implemented by using the processing module disposed on the primary platform of the eUICC.
