    Abstract: The systems and methods described herein provide a means for obtaining an accurate localization of static/mobile portable devices with respect to static/mobile infrastructure. A real-world environment presents unique challenges when localizing a given portable tag. Measurement of various geometric properties such as distance and/or angle to given infrastructure sensor is often erroneous due to process phasing of main paths and superimposition with various multipath reflected signals. These errors are not known beforehand and vary per environmental conditions. Therefore, performing localization in such scenarios is non-trivial. The systems and methods described herein will highlight several methods and possible algorithm process flows to improve performance.

    Abstract: The system obtains multiple unique identifiers associated with multiple UEs, where a unique identifier among the multiple unique identifiers identifies a UE among the multiple UEs. Based on the unique identifier, the system determines multiple technical capabilities associated with the multiple UEs. The system receives a request for one or more UEs, where the request includes a number of the one or more UEs and a desired technical capability associated with the one or more UEs, and where the request is specified at a level of abstraction that allows more than one UE among the multiple UEs to satisfy the request. Based on the request for the one or more UEs and the multiple technical capabilities associated with the multiple UEs, the system determines a subset of the multiple UEs satisfying the request, and sends a response to the request indicating the subset of the multiple UEs satisfying the request.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless communication device, such as a network entity or a user equipment (UE), may transmit a message to another wireless communication device, such as a network entity, including a connection establishment request and an indication of a capability of the wireless communication device to support a value of a power efficiency threshold. The other wireless communication device may respond with signaling indicating for the wireless communication device to use a value of a power efficiency for communications between the wireless communication devices. The indication may include one or more parameters indicating the value of the power efficiency. The wireless communication devices may establish a connection in accordance with the value of the power efficiency.
