    Abstract: A communication method and a communications apparatus are provided. The method includes: sending, by a network device, indication information to a terminal, where the indication information is used to indicate at least one second BP associated with a first BP; and performing signal transmission, by the network device, with the terminal on the first BP and the at least one second BP. It may be learned that the network device indicates, to the terminal by using the indication information, the at least one second BP associated with the first BP, so that the network device and the terminal can transmit signals on BPs that are associated with each other. In addition, there may be a plurality of second BPs associated with the first BP.

    Abstract: A resource indication method, a device, and a system relate to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: allocating, by a base station, a BP to a terminal device, and sending, to the terminal device, a first message indicating a resource position of the BP; and receiving, by the terminal device, the first message sent by the base station, and then determining the resource position of the BP based on resource position information of at least one sub-BP, where the BP includes the at least one sub-BP, the BP is not greater than a maximum bandwidth supported by the terminal device, and the first message includes the resource position information of the at least one sub-BP. The BP is allocated by using a sub-BP as a granularity, so that signaling overheads can be reduced while a requirement for more flexible resource allocation is satisfied.

    Abstract: A communication method and apparatus includes a terminal that receives first control information from a network device. The first control information includes a first field. The first field indicates single-carrier scheduling or the multi-carrier scheduling. When the first field indicates the single-carrier scheduling, the terminal communicates with the network device on one scheduled carrier. Alternatively, when the first field indicates the multi-carrier scheduling, the terminal communicates with the network device on a plurality of scheduled carriers. According to the method and the apparatus in this application, the first field in the first control information may explicitly or implicitly indicate the single-carrier scheduling or the multi-carrier scheduling, and the network device does not need to additionally send a notification message, thereby reducing air interface overheads.

    Abstract: This application provides a sidelink resource configuration method and apparatus. The method includes: configuring, by a network device, sidelink bandwidth part (SL BWP) configuration information for a terminal device, where the SL BWP configuration information is used to indicate a common first parameter of M resource pools in the SL BWP; and configuring, by the terminal device, the M resource pools in the SL BWP based on the SL BWP configuration information in a process of configuring the resource pools in the SL BWP, where the M resource pools have at least one same parameter, and the at least one parameter is determined based on the first parameter.
