Abstract: A solid hydrogen storage device provides an improved heat-transfer efficiency by improving the contact properties between heat-exchange tubes and heat-transfer fins. The solid hydrogen storage device includes a heat-transfer fin including a plurality of tube through holes, a heating tube, and a cooling tube. The heating tube and the cooling tube respectively extend through the tube through holes, and the heating tube and the cooling tube have different coefficients of thermal expansion.

Abstract: A solid hydrogen storage device is provided and has a shape in which a polygonal cross section extends in a longitudinal direction. The device includes a plurality of heat exchange tubes having heat transfer fluid flowing therein and are disposed inside the storage device in a polygonal shape corresponding to the cross section of the storage device while extending in the same direction as an extending direction of the storage device. A hydrogen storage body is disposed inside the storage device to absorb or release heat through a reaction that releases or bonds with hydrogen and to exchange heat with the heat exchange tubes.
