    摘要: A fastener may include a belt, a buckle connected to the belt and having an inlet end and an outlet end, and a pair of protection portions formed in the outlet end of the buckle. The belt and the buckle are arranged and constructed to be locked to each other when the belt is tightened after the belt is inserted into the buckle and drawn therefrom. The protection portions are arranged and constructed to respectively face longitudinal peripheries edges of the belt that is inserted into the buckle and drawn therefrom. Each of the protection portions has a projection amount not less than a length of a remaining portion of the belt, which portion can be produced by cutting off an excess portion of the belt drawn from the buckle.

    摘要: A clip may include an anchor portion having a plurality of flexible strips and at least one support strip. Each of the flexible strips is integrally connected to the at least one support strip only via a connecting portion corresponding to a distal end portion of the anchor portion and a connecting portion corresponding to a proximal end portion of the anchor portion. When the anchor portion is pushed into an insertion hole formed in a subject member, the anchor portion is inserted into the insertion hole while each of the flexible strips are flexed toward a longitudinal axis of the anchor portion. Each of the flexible strips is formed such that the difference between a second moment of area of the anchor distal end side connecting portion and a second moment of area of the anchor proximal end side connecting portion is 0-15%.

    摘要: A cushion clip includes a hollow cushioning portion, an engagement portion and a projection. The cushioning portion has a bottom wall portion and a side wall portion, and the side wall portion has cone-shaped outer and inner surfaces that are tapered from a proximal end toward a distal end thereof. The side wall portion has a top portion that is formed in the distal end thereof, and the top portion has an inner periphery radially inwardly protruding from the side wall portion and defining the central opening therein. The projection is cylindrically projected from the bottom wall portion toward the central opening of the cushioning portion, and has an upper end portion which diameter is larger than or equal to a diameter of the opening.

    摘要: In a two-member assembling structure in which a clip mounted to a pedestal of an attachment member is inserted into a clip hole of a mating member, the clip includes a pedestal coupling portion coupled to a rib of the pedestal, an engaging arm adapted to pass through the clip hole while undergoing elastic deformation when the clip is inserted into or removed of the clip hole, an engaging surface formed on an outer side surface of the engaging arm and capable of engaging with a hole edge of the clip hole, a stable portion extending from the engaging surface and opposed to the rib of the pedestal so as to be capable of contacting therewith, and a regulating portion 26 protruding toward the rib of the pedestal from a position in the vicinity of the stable portion. As the pedestal of the attachment member, there are prepared at least three kinds of pedestals for low retention, medium retention, and high retention. The rib of the pedestal for low retention is provided with a relief hole allowing entrance of the regulating portion of the clip, and the rib of the pedestal for high retention is provided with a protrusion for receiving the stable portion of the clip.

    摘要: A clip may include an anchor portion that is configured to be inserted into an insertion hole formed in a subject member. The anchor portion has at least a pair of pillars that are positioned across an axis of the anchor portion, and flexible strips that are respectively connected to the pillars so as to be projected outward therefrom. The pillars are configured to be flexed about proximal ends thereof in a direction in which the pillars can intersect with each other. The flexible strips are configured to engage a periphery of the insertion hole formed in the subject member when the anchor portion is inserted into the insertion hole, so as to hold the anchor portion on the subject member with a retention force. The pillars can be applied with a flexing force when an extraction force greater than the retention force of the anchor portion is applied to the anchor portion, so as to be flexed in the direction in which the pillars can intersect with each other.

    摘要: For receiving and stopping movement of a movable member approaching to a fixed member in order to absorb impacts, a cushion clip includes a clip body capable of being mounted by inserting into a mounting hole formed in one of the fixed member and the movable member, and a cushion body capable of absorbing impacts by resilient deformation. The clip body made of rigid resin material and the cushion body made of soft resin material are integrally joined to each other at a mutual joint portion by a two-material molding process. At the mutual joint portion, the clip body includes a base portion entering into inside of the cushion body, and a concave-convex configuration, such as ribs, is provided to the base portion for increasing a contact area with the cushion body.

    摘要: A connecting structure for connecting a first component to a second component may include a clip and a hollow seat portion. The clip is capable of engaging the second component and has a hollow main body. The main body has a support shaft and at least one engagement blade formed therein. The hollow seat portion is integrally formed in the first component and has at least one engagement wall portion. The clip main body is constructed to be placed on the seat portion while the seat portion is introduced thereinto. The support shaft is constructed to be introduced into the seat portion when the clip main body is placed on the seat portion. The at least one engagement wall portion has at least one rib portion that is capable of contacting the support shaft introduced into the seat portion. The at least one engagement blade is arranged and constructed to engage the at least one engagement wall portion when the clip is rotated about an axis thereof, so that the clip can be secured to the seat portion.
