    摘要: The present invention is directed to a clip and a method for using the clip. The clip may include a base, a pair of flaps, a pair of arms and at least one wing. The pair of flaps may be mutually confronting and extend outwardly from the base, wherein each flap includes a tab. The method may include rotating the clip or the first component in a first direction thereby securing each other together. The second component may be placed onto the clip. The first component and clip may be serviceable by rotating the first component in a second direction opposite that of the first to remove the first component from the clip.

    摘要: A connecting structure for connecting a first component to a second component may include a clip and a hollow seat portion. The clip is capable of engaging the second component and has a hollow main body. The main body has a support shaft and at least one engagement blade formed therein. The hollow seat portion is integrally formed in the first component and has at least one engagement wall portion. The clip main body is constructed to be placed on the seat portion while the seat portion is introduced thereinto. The support shaft is constructed to be introduced into the seat portion when the clip main body is placed on the seat portion. The at least one engagement wall portion has at least one rib portion that is capable of contacting the support shaft introduced into the seat portion. The at least one engagement blade is arranged and constructed to engage the at least one engagement wall portion when the clip is rotated about an axis thereof, so that the clip can be secured to the seat portion.

    摘要: A releasable connection is provided between two adjoining components, particularly body shell parts of a vehicle body. A releasable connection ensuring an exact positioning of the two parts as well as a fast and simple mounting is provided. The releasable connection includes at least one base plate which is held in position on a first body shell component and has at least one projecting pin. A receiving device is fastened to an opposite second body shell component and has a rotatable slotted sleeve part. An end-side profiled head section of the at least one pin is guidable through openings of the second component, of the receiving device and of the sleeve part. As a result of radial rotation of the sleeve part about an angle null, a fastening of the first and second body shell components with respect to one another takes place.

    摘要: A component attachment apparatus is used for attaching a component in a panel hole of a panel and is formed of a grommet to be inserted into the panel hole to be incapable of rotation, and a pin. The grommet includes an insertion hole, an open part extending outwardly to cross the insertion hole, and a meeting part formed at at least one side of the open part along the insertion hole. The pin includes a head part larger than the insertion hole, and a leg part extending from the head part and inserted into the insertion hole of the grommet to be capable of rotation. The leg part has a first catch elastically projecting outward from an outer perimeter of the leg part to couple in the panel hole, and a second catch positioned at a tip of the leg part for preventing escape of the leg part from the insertion hole. When the pin with the leg part is inserted into the insertion hole, the first catch is positioned in the open part to engage the panel. When the pin is rotated, the first catch is pushed inward by the meeting part to be located inside the grommet, so that the component attachment apparatus can be removed from the panel.

    摘要: A mechanism is provided for the releasable, positive fastening of the back wall of the housing of an airbag module to a supporting component of a motor vehicle body, wherein at least two fastening points are formed. For each fastening point, on the housing back wall or on the supporting component, a pin is provided and on the other of the supporting component or the housing back wall, an opening is provided. A resiliently biased catch mechanism is disposed in the area of the opening. The pin has on its shaft a detent and has a cone-shaped or wedge-shaped front portion. The catch mechanism is biased transversely of its longitudinal axis from a closed position to an open position from which it springs back into a catching position when the pin has reached the given fastening position in the opening.

    摘要: A clip couples a first member with a first through-hole, and a second member with a second through-hole. The clip includes a flexible cylindrical portion having a predetermined center axis line, opening two ends, and formed so that a distance from the center axis line to an outside surface is different in a rotational direction around the center axis line. The center axis line is orthogonal to an axis line of the coupling hole, and the cylindrical portion is inserted into a coupling hole rotatably between a first rotational position and a second rotational position around the center axis line. The cylindrical portion is set to have a distance between the center axis line and the outside surface to be loosely fitted in the coupling hole at the first rotational position and to be clamped between hole walls of the coupling hole at the second rotational position.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an interchangeable attachment connector system, characterized in that said system comprises: (a) a connector member, wherein said connector member comprises a shaft, said shaft having an engagement end and a distal end, wherein at least a portion of the shaft includes male threads; and (b) an interchangeable attachment capable of being removably engaged to the shaft of the connector member, the interchangeable attachment comprising a body, wherein said body includes two axial ends, an entry opening located in one of said axial ends and an axial bore extending from the entry opening, wherein said bore includes an entry opening and internal walls having female threads complementary to the male threads on the shaft of the connector member, wherein the shaft and the interchangeable attachment can be pushed together for engagement by inserting the engagement end of the shaft through the entry opening, and wherein engagement between the male threads and the female threads on the shaft and the interchangeable attachment prevent relative longitudinal pull-out motion between the engaged shaft of the connector member and interchangeable attachment while allowing relative rotational motion for disengagement of the interchangeable attachment from the shaft of the connector member.
