Also, the principal light beam 2a of beam 2 from the laser array 1 is bent at two stages, the second lens group 4b and the third lens group 4c, and the distance D1 between the second lens group 4b and the third lens group 4c is increased, whereby the bend of the principal light beam 2a of the laser beam 2 in the second lens group 4b and the third lens group 4c is reduced, with the result that small aberration is obtained.
