Abstract: This application provides a resource determining method and an apparatus, to mitigate a resource conflict between an LTE-V2X apparatus and an NR-V2X apparatus. In the method, a terminal apparatus may obtain configuration information, first sidelink control information, and second sidelink control information. The first sidelink control information is control information used for E-UTRA radio access, and the second sidelink control information is control information used for NR radio access. The terminal apparatus determines an available time-frequency resource based on the first sidelink control information and the second sidelink control information. Based on the foregoing solution, the terminal apparatus can determine, in a resource pool based on the first sidelink control information and the second sidelink control information, a time-frequency resource that can be used by the terminal apparatus to send sidelink control information and data information, thereby mitigating the resource conflict between the LTE-V2X apparatus and the NR-V2X apparatus.

Abstract: A communication method, a terminal apparatus, and a system. A first terminal apparatus and a second terminal apparatus determine, based on first configuration information, a plurality of candidate resources in a slot, and perform sidelink communication based on the candidate resources. A first symbol in any candidate resource in one slot is used to send first information. In response to a channel access moment of the first terminal apparatus being after a start moment of a first symbol in one candidate resource in a first slot, the first terminal apparatus further sends the first information based on the first symbol in another candidate resource after the channel access moment, without waiting for a next slot after the first slot. In this way, a sidelink communication delay is reduced.

Abstract: A sidelink control information sending and receiving method, a terminal apparatus, and a system are provided in this application, and may be applied to fields such as vehicle-to-everything (for example, V2X, LTE-V, or V2V), intelligent driving, and an intelligent connected vehicle. In a scenario in which second-stage SCI is not required in a sidelink communication system, a transmit end apparatus in sidelink communication indicates, by using first-stage SCI, a cyclic redundancy check bit corresponding to the first-stage SCI, or a reference signal used to demodulate the first-stage SCI, that the transmit end apparatus is not to send the second-stage SCI to a receive end apparatus. In this way, the transmit end apparatus may flexibly choose, based on a specific scenario of the sidelink communication, to use 2-stage SCI or 1-stage SCI, to avoid resource waste caused by using the 2-stage SCI in any scenario of the sidelink communication, thereby improving resource utilization efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method, a network device, a communications device, and a storage medium. The method includes: determining, by a network device, a time window of a target communications device group, where a distance between two communications devices in the target communications device group is less than or equal to a threshold, and the time window is used to enable at least two communications devices in the target communications device group to send and receive data in the time window through a sidelink. The network device sends, to the at least two communications devices in the target communications device group, first indication information indicating the time window. The at least two communications devices in the target communications device group are relatively close to a communications device used as a receive end. In this way, mutual interference can be avoided.

Abstract: A data transmission method, a communication device, and a data transmission system are disclosed.
