Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a packet processing method and apparatus. A first protocol identifier of a first to-be-processed packet is acquired; and first protocol rule profile information that corresponds to the first protocol identifier is acquired from a rule profile repository, where the rule profile repository stores protocol rule profile information of at least one protocol, protocol rule profile information of each protocol in the at least one protocol is associated with a protocol identifier of the protocol, the protocol rule profile information of the protocol is used to describe a method and a parameter for processing a packet, and the packet meets a standard stipulated by the protocol; and the first to-be-processed packet is processed according to the acquired first protocol rule profile information.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a configuration update method, apparatus, and system, and a computer-readable storage medium, and pertain to the field of communication technologies. In the embodiments of this application, when a specific client performs configuration update on a network device, the client may send a NETCONF configuration request message to the network device without locking a data object; and the network device performs configuration update on the data object if the network device detects that version information, of the data object, respectively recorded by the client and the network device is consistent. Alternatively, the client sends a NETCONF configuration request message to the network device if detecting that version information, of the data object, respectively recorded by the client and the network device is consistent.

Abstract: A data management method, apparatus, device, a computer-readable storage medium, and system are provided. The method is applied to a first network device, the first network device determines target invalid data existing in a second network device, the first network device obtains a first RPC, and the first RPC carries information about target invalid data that needs to be deleted. Then, the first network device sends the first RPC to the second network device, where the first RPC is used to indicate the second network device to delete the target invalid data. In this application, residual data is automatically identified, and the residual data is cleared, to automatically delete the residual data in batches, thereby saving device resources and improving an operation and maintenance management effect.

Abstract: A data processing method includes: A network management device generates an extended ECA instance. The extended ECA instance includes a first event, a first condition, and a first action, the first action includes a first object identifier and a first indicator type, the first object identifier indicates a first to-be-monitored object, the first indicator type indicates a performance indicator of the first to-be-monitored object, the extended ECA instance is used to indicate a network device managed by the network management device to send first monitoring data to the network management device based on the first event and the first condition, and the network device includes the first to-be-monitored object. Then, the network management device sends a first message to the network device, where the first message includes the extended ECA instance.

Abstract: The present invention provides a virtual network function network element management method, apparatus, and system. A VNF resource pool management apparatus receives a VNF network element request message sent by a VNF resource pool user apparatus, where the VNF network element request message includes attribute information and a location policy of a VNF network element that is requested; the VNF resource pool management apparatus determines a first VNF network element that matches the attribute information and the location policy from the VNF resource pool; and the VNF resource pool management apparatus sends a VNF network element response message to the VNF resource pool user apparatus, where the VNF network element response message includes identification information of the first VNF network element. In this way, a risk that a functional group formed by VNF network elements cannot properly work can be avoided.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for obtaining path information and an apparatus, relate to the communications field, and can accurately obtain a forwarding path for detecting a service packet. A service packet is obtained, where the service packet is a target service packet or an updated target service packet, the target service packet is a service packet that matches a flow rule, and the flow rules used to obtain the service packet that matches the flow rule; an ingress interface information field and/or an egress interface information field is/are generated according to a path detection tag on an ingress interface and/or an egress interface through which the service packet passes. The method is used to obtain path information of the service packet.
