Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for transmitting a downlink control channel. The downlink control channel includes a first downlink control channel and a second downlink control channel. The first downlink control channel includes a first RS and first DCI. A method for receiving a downlink control channel by user equipment includes: obtaining a first RS time-frequency resource corresponding to the first RS; determining a first DCI time-frequency resource corresponding to the first DCI based on the first RS time-frequency resource; detecting the first RS on the first RS time-frequency resource, and demodulating the first DCI on the first DCI time-frequency resource by using the first RS; and determining a second time-frequency resource corresponding to the second downlink control channel based on the first DCI.

Abstract: A text classification apparatus determines a word vector corresponding to a keyword according to a word vector model, and determines a potential extended word of the keyword based on the word vector. Then, when an extension rule input is received, and an adding instruction is detected, the apparatus adds the potential extended word to the keyword library, and adds the extension rule to a matching rule library. The apparatus determines a first probability that a text belongs to each of multiple preset classes, wherein the determination is based on the keyword library and the matching rule library. The apparatus determines a class to which the text belongs from the multiple preset classes.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink power control method, includes: determining, by a base station, power control information, where the power control information is used to control a power of a UE; sending, by the base station, hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment feedback information to X UEs, where the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information carries the power control information of at least one of the X UEs, the X UEs contend for use of a same transmission resource, and X is an integer greater than or equal to 1; receiving, by the UE, acknowledgment feedback information sent by the base station to the X UEs; and parsing the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information; and if it is determined that the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information includes the power control information of the UE, performing power control on the user equipment based on the power control information of the UE.

According to this application, complexity of determining a frequency domain location of the first control resource set can be reduced.
